Beautiful Ocean View 3 Bedroom in Encinitas!

Remodeled in 2019, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1800 sq ft property in Encinitas is the perfect beach hangout for your large group! Located 1 mile from the ocean, this upstairs unit has a wonderful view of the water and sunset from both the main living area and the large deck. The large dining area is appropriate for eating food that you bring in from one of the nearby restaurants or meals that you make in the large kitchen, which has all new stainless steel appliances. When it is time to clean up after a day at highly rated Moonlight Beach, you will find beautiful bathrooms that have been extensively remodeled. When relaxing in the evening, there is a 70" TV to enjoy a streaming device that you choose to bring. The fast wifi allows you and your guests to quickly post any surfing videos from close by and well known Swami's beach or simply catch up on shows you have been meaning to watch. There is off street parking and easy freeway access if you decide to visit downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp Quarter, 25 miles away. Interested in Legoland? 10 miles away. Into Pickleball? Bobby Riggs Racket and Paddle is less than a mile away.

There are beds for 7 people and open floorspace in the bedrooms if needed. The large deck features patio furniture for relaxing and a roof that can be either open to the sun or closed to use as an extension of the inside living space. Great family gathering place
4 sisters coming for a reunion in the area, having 3 bedrooms was really important. Joe was a great host and gave us extra time on our departure day, much appreciated! Nice to have a larger home to hang and one evening, had a spectacular sunset.

Short trip to Encinitas
The house was really clean and actually larger than the pics show. We were there for a football tourney for my son and it fit this family of 4 perfectly. Very close to downtown Encinitas and the local beaches / trails. The host was excellent with check in and communication. Would definitely stay again..

We had a great stay! Had coffee and breakfast then went walking around Encinitas. Enjoyed walking along the 101. Drove north and south of Encinitas. Ate at some delicious restaurants. Played cards and games in evening.

Great Choice for Families
Very accurately described, this is a comfortable three bedroom apartment with a nice kitchen, large common living space with an excellent picture window looking out toward the ocean and a great ocean view, and a large covered deck with the same expansive views. Rooms are all nice sized and it was very livable. All very clean. Excellent host.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Great location. Loved the patio. My only complaint which I communicated to the host before entering the property was there are no beach items. Not a deal breaker for us just a bummer. Overall a great family place and vacation spot.

Everything was very clean, beautiful views and great location. There is constitution next door and it started at 7am Friday morning with earth equipment and lots of beeping. It should be temporary.

Amazing host
We loved it so much, we rented it for our next stay in Encinitas. EVERYTHING needed for a pleasant stay is there. Great view. It was like home away from home. Also although it was very cold for the season, having the luxury of heat in the apt was such a plus. Nice kitchen, comfortable rooms. Great bathrooms , showers with hot water anytime and powerful pressure. All new. Finally an amazing host.

Great family property
We rented this property for a month because my daughter and son-in-law (who live close by) were having their first baby and we didn’t want to invade their space. It was perfect. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable gathering places and the patio was a great place to have friends and family over. The owner communicated well when roadwork and a brief internet outage were going to occur. We would definitely stay there again for a weekend or another long term stay.

Well-appointed and great location!
I stayed at this property with my husband and two boys (ages 13 and 16) during a trip to visit a family member who lives in Carmel. The location was PERFECT being right off of I5 and only a couple of exits away from our cousin. It was also very easy to jump I5 and head up to Oceanside for the afternoon (be sure to check out the Top Gun House!), south to La Jolla (great seal and sea lion watching), to downtown San Diego or south to Coronado. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed cooking dinner for our family one night when we were there. Joe was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the San Diego area!

Golf Trip to San Diego
Our stay in Encinitas was good, we were in a location where we could get to restaurants and food very quickly, access to freeways was close and all the courses we played were within 30 minutes which made it nice. Place was clean and had a nice view overlooking Encinitas. My only complaint would be the electrical outlets in the bedrooms are old and normal plugs for phone chargers etc won't stay plugged in and fall out. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in North County. Oh and the best salsa in the world is a few blocks away at El Napalito market!

Awesome Location & Host
This rental was a great location for us and served as a great jumping off point to explore the southern California area on our family vacation. Disney, the beach, the San Diego Zoo, parasailing, kayaking, and more, this place was centrally located to give us access to all the activities we wanted. On top of that, the host was very responsive and accommodating, which was much appreciated. The only thing that left us a little disappointed was the overall cleanliness and upkeep at the unit. Based on the pictures and reviews we expected a little more attention to detail. I suspect this is the rental mgmt or cleaning crew issue, not the owner, but it was a bit of a damper on our trip. New linens throughout (clean or not, stained linens are a turn off) and a good deep clean would go a long way and would help this place shine again because it truly has a lot going for it.
