"The Durango cabin is great for skiing at Snowy Range. My family of 6 and my mom and dad slept comfortablely in the space provided. We had a great time on the mountain and enjoyed relaxing in evenings in the cozy cabin. We plan on being back next year!"

"Tip: book through VRBO instead of Expedia. Expedia didn't forward the reservation properly. The host went above and beyond getting the unit ready on short notice after the Expedia glitch. Great location for getting to Snowy Range ski area, very short drive. Mud room on the way in was a plus. The unit was very cozy with gas heaters plus wood stove. Lots of fun funky nick-nacks, would have been nice to just hang out but we were skiing. Fantastic view of the valley from the private hot tub, and...

"I've loved the sweet little cabin I stayed in with my dog. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen after motel stays elsewhere. The staff and owners were welcoming and accommodating when I needed to prolong my stay. The place is imbued with the history of a late 1800's mining town while being close to hikes out of the Steamboat Lake Visitor Center. Awesome landscapes and mountains. Highly recommend."

New on demand water heater so never run out of hot water. Washer and dryer were clean and worked perfectly. Linens were abundant, clean, and in good shape. Shower is clean and has great pressure.
