"This hotel is in a prime location, close to everything. However, it is in need of renovation. The red carpets throughout the hotel appear to be decades old, with visible stains. Additionally, on level 3, there was a loose power point in the hallway, which is unsafe—especially for families. Issues like this should be addressed immediately. I stayed for a week, and I’m sure staff walked past it every day. That said, the hotel was a pleasant stay for the price paid."

The location is convenient to bars, restaurants, the Main square (Grand Place) with all the tourist related stores, and the train station. "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"
