"Honestly, this is my first time giving a review. I normally don't but this time i feel the need to do so. First of all, i booked a non-smoking room but the corridor to the rooms on First Floor has cigarette smoke all the time. I noticed the corridor is sprayed with some air freshener by the housekeeping staff early in the morning (they must have noticed the smell) but it'll be the same a few hours later. "Dans un premier temps la réception n'a pas trouvé notre réservation, puis nous a informé qu'il ne restait plus de chambre supérieure et n'avait pas vu que nous avions reservé 2 chambres.....
