This beautiful first floor apartment is set within a stones throw of Emsworth village and the wonderful walks along the shore, the apartment is very quiet and is positioned to the rear of the property with lovely views onto the beautifully kept communal garden. Entering the apartment through the front door into the hallway there is a lovely south facing sitting room area overlooking the garden with plenty of comfortable seating and a large smart TV with Virgin Media available. There is a dining area with seating for four where you can sit and enjoy the culinary delights you have whipped up in the kitchen. In the kitchen itself you will find everything you would need to comfortably self cater for your stay including electric oven and hob, fridge and freezer, a ver yhandy wine fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiaire and coffee maker. Also provided are washing machine, iron and ironing board.,
There are two bedrooms, one double and one single with a day bed which can be pulled out to make a king size bed. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The communal garden to the rear is south facing and a lovely spot to sit and relax in the sunshine.
Emsdale House is pet friendly and we welcome one dog to join you during your stay, unfortunately dogs aren't permitted in the communal garden. There are wonderful walks on the nearby beach. Parking is available for one car.
The hosts at this property really have gone to every trouble to make Emsdale the perfect place to stay.
The apartment is situated to the west of Emsworth which is a lovely village right on the Hampshire/Sussex boarder. From the apartment you can walk to the shore within a few minutes and the path leads all the way along the shore and around The Mill Pond to the centre of the village. The village itself is fantastic and packed with local independent shops, bakery, cafes, restaurants and pubs. If you want a real treat book yourself a table at Fat Olives, the food is out of this world! For a fabulous Sunday lunch or more casual dining the Kings Arms is within walking distance too.
For a great day out you can easily reach Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or The Weald and Downland, home of BBC's The Repair Shop, both places are great fun for any age group. There is outlet shopping, cinema complex and bowling at GunWharf Quays which you can easily reach by car or train from Emsworth. For something a little different you can book seal watching boat trips from Hayling Island or hire kayaks from Emsworth Marina.
Access to the races and Goodwood Motor Circuit is really easy from Emsworth making Emsdale House the perfect location for when you are attending The Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood or The Revival.
