Tiny House Living on the ranch in East Texas
Just little over an hour outside of Dallas our tiny house is nestled between Lake Tawakoni and Lake Fork in East Texas.
Unplug from the city life, enjoy local cattle auctions, shopping or rent a boat at one of the lakes. In addition to the one bedroom the house has 2 additional sleeping lofts with floor mattresses, one has 2 twin beds while the other has a queen size air bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dinnerware. Being away from the city you will be amazed at the number of stars and constellations you can see in our wide open sky. Canton, the largest flea market in the world, is the perfect place to pack up the wagon and take the family for the day.

This property was just amazing,
My husband and I really enjoyed the stay. We will diffidently return to stay again.
I stay home and take care of my 92 yr old mom and this was a great little get away
Great stay! The tiny house was a good size, with everything well-stocked, in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. Very cozy & inviting living areas and bedroom. Quiet and peaceful ranch. Host was communicative and responsive but not intrusive. 10/10 would recommend!
Owners were friendly and welcoming. Went above and beyond to accommodate anything needed. Can't wait to book again🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very clean, cute, and proficiently organized for living in for a week. Very comfortable and cozy. Beautiful ranch scenes from every window. Within 6 miles to the Thousand Trails RV where family was camping. Thank you Greg.
The tiny house is big enough to relax, cook, dine and has a separate bedroom. Nice to have washer and dryer. Great host and fun to be close neighbors with the cattle. Peaceful and refreshing!
Our stay was fantastic!
The cabin was exactly as described in the listing and actually the listing undersells just how great the property is. Super quite, beautiful, and just easy! It was the perfect place to serve our needs. We were in town for a bass tournament, so only stayed one evening, but will definitely stay again the next time we are coming to the area! Thank you, thank you for the opportunity!!!
Everything was 5 star + and the cabin was so creatively designed. It was fun just looking at all the details in designing this cabin. Everything needed was there including ice in the freezer (which I seldom find). Perfect choice after a long drive as I could sit outside and relax in the quiet setting. You will not be disappointed.
Stayed here with husband and teen son, the little house was clean and so cute with plenty of room inside for everyone and everything we needed!! With a clear sky, we enjoyed star gazing in the cool, country fresh air. Greg was a great host, highly recommend staying here!! We also bought fresh farm eggs and can’t wait to try when we get home!! Thank you for sharing your cute house with us!!!

I cannot praise this property and the owner, Greg, enough. I first reached out regarding this cute little place on a Saturday morning, following a terrible summer storm that took out electric service for more than 40K people. Greg told me he was already booked with other folks experiencing the same outage. I wasn't surprised, due to the sheer number of people affected, and kept searching for a place for my elderly parents to stay. A short time later Greg contacted me again, saying the current guests were checking out and he could make the tiny house available to us. Greg drove from Ft Worth, cleaned the tiny house and welcomed my parents into this cute home-away-from-home by 7 that evening. My parents stayed here for 3 nights until their electricity came back on. Although tiny, the space felt spacious and had everything they needed. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was nice as well, just a few short miles from grocery stores and restaurants, but felt as though it was deep in the country. I am forever in Greg's debt for making this VRBO available to my parents and would not hesitate to stay there again should the need arise.
I don’t think I have slept better! It is the perfect tiny home to get away from the city and enjoy the country side. It isn’t far from town, so any needs/ wants are quickly accessible. Extremely clean and cozy. The stars at night never shined brighter!
What a great place! We stayed here as a half-way point to our vacation destination and we hope to come back. The rental was beautiful and located on an incredible piece of property. Great owners and a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
I stayed here on a fishing trip to Lake Fork. It was brutal heat the 5 days I stayed there but the Tiny Farm House was cool and comfortable. Beautiful sunsets quiet and private. The house was very clean and had everything one would need to feel right at home..
It was a perfect setting for what we were looking for. Quiet and serene. We were there for First Monday Trade Days and we wanted to find a quiet place to relax....we found it!
This place is perfect for our fishing trip to Lake Fork! Clean and cozy! Close to the lake yet far enough away out of town. Owners are friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!
