3 bedroom charming farmhouse style waterfront lake house with private covered boat dock. Boat launch available 1/2 block from the home. Cable TV in each bedroom, Internet, vaulted ceiling, washer/dryer, full kitchen, large deck.
Charcoal grill, fire pit, black stone grill, picnic table, hammock.
Sleeps 6 +... King bed in master, queen beds in each bedroom. 2 additional roll away twin beds, queen air mattress, and Pac n play available upon request.
Great location for a private getaway or family gathering. (No parties). This is located in a residential community. ** Please note..this is a sportsman lake and not suitable for swimming.
Wheelchair accessible.
Located off Hwy 19, great place to stay within 30 minutes to Canton 1st Monday Trade Days.

This is a beautiful property right on Lake Fork. Great views, very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again! Only wish that one bedroom would include twin size beds, but the house was beautifully decorated and everything was top notch!

Relaxing Weekend. Neat towns nearby!
The house was perfect for our group. We had fun sitting on the back patio overlooking the lake, playing games and exploring the nearby towns. The owner gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Sulphur Springs has such a cute town square with a lot of community activities.

The Sweet Spot
Absolutely a five star place. On Lake Fork with boathouse. Perfect if bringing a boat. The house is perfect. Layout is outstanding. Nicely decorated and very well kept. The owners were very helpful and courteous.

Perfect Family Weekend
We booked for a weekend getaway to get some good family time in. My dad, son and I enjoyed every second fishing off the pier. My mom loved sitting on the front porch in the rocking chair watching the deer. Thank you for sharing your lake house with us. We made great memories this weekend!

We love staying at the sweet spot! My son caught his personal best bass at the doc! We enjoyed everything about our stay! The showers are amazing. The kitchen is great! Wouldn’t change a thing!

Perfect girls weekend
This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend canton trip! We loved spending time on the deck, watching the deer and having our morning coffee prior to heading to canton to spend the day shopping. It was such an easy drive! It was Alain wonderful to come back here to relax after a full day! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful house and property
Everything was better than expected...Such a beautiful house equipped with everything we needed and more. Great location on the lake and we were only about 10 minutes from a grocery store and restaurants. Couldn't have asked for anything better....except maybe to stay a little longer. Hope to be back soon!

Awesome Getaway!
This Place was great for a weekend getaway to do some fishing for the men & shopping for the women. Towns close by with restaurants & grocery stores. Right on Lake Fork with a nice dock to fish off of and a fire pit to sit around in the evening. Has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Very nice place. Did not disappoint at all.

Book NOW! What a beautiful, relaxing lake property. The home is meticulously decorated, no detail left undone, plenty of staples provided (linens, extra air mattresses, toiletries, etc.). We traveled all the way from PA and wish we lived closer to this beauty as we wish we could visit more often.
