Million dollar view at this waterfront home on the famous Lake Fork! Bring your boat, or rent your own. Bring your fishing pole to one of the top bass fishing lakes in the country, or enjoy the water on some kayaks. The dock has an underwater fishing light to attract fish at night. While you're here, you won't be able to miss the stunning sunsets right off the huge patio, or relaxing in the hot tub. At night, you'll see the stars at night are definitely big and bright being away from the city! Right down the road is the beautiful Lake Fork Golf Course, if you enjoy playing a round or 2. On the patio, grill up some food and play some bags. We strive to be 5 ⭐️ hosts! We think once you've been here, you'll want to come back!!

Wonderful Place!
We had a great time even though the weather was cold. The view from the patio is awesome with the great sunsets. It was a great getaway and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax on the lake.

We loved staying here. The sunsets were gorgeous. We loved kayaking, the boat dock, the hot tub, the outdoor space and all the bathrooms. My family had a wonderful stay and would stay again here. The host was great in communication.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this beautiful home. The rooms were large with comfortable beds. Having 4 bathrooms to use was a great plus. We will defiantly stay here again.

Great location to provide privacy and awesome lake views but still close enough to have dinner in town. House is well appointed with everything we required during our stay. The boat dock was essential for our vacation. Owner is friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and clean, and the lake views were stunning. We fished and lounged. It was the perfect getaway from our busy lives, and we also loved the local fare. We ate out mostly (though we had all we would need at the house had we wanted to cook) so we tried a few places. Our fave was Blazin' Pizza about 10 minutes away. Highly recommend this home, the fishing, and the local businesses.

Just a group of 70+ old ladies enjoying each other’s company. Worked puzzles, played games, ate too much. Enjoyed watching the sunsets at the end of each day.

Awesome place
We rented this lake house for a family fishing trip. It was perfect for what we wanted to do. The house was beautiful and was as nice as the photos represented. The Owner was great and easy to contact and responded quickly if we needed him. We are very glad we found this spot and hope to return to this particular home for another family vacation.

We had a wonderful time at the lake. Unfortunately it was extremely hot so the fish weren't biting very well. We loved the view from the property. We would love to come back when the weather is cooler so we may enjoy the hot tub, fire pit and the beautiful outdoors.

Spent spring break at the Pitchandskip in Emory! It was a lovely long weekend, despite that the weather turned rainy and cold but we made the best of it! Excellent communication, checked in on us after the storm and amenities like the fire pit ans covered porch made for a great escape for the kids! Thanks Matt for a great stay!

Fishing right out the back door, sunsets spectacular.
The property was just as lovely as it looks in the pictures, great neighborhood, and we had everything we needed. Matt was a very responsive, accommodating host. We fished right off the dock on site, it's a short drive to Canton, and the surroundings are beautiful with spectacular sunsets. We had a nice, worry-free stay and plan to return. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful property on the lake
This is a great location to get away and relax in a quiet neighborhood on the lake. We enjoyed fishing on the boat dock at the end of the lawn and a short kayak trip on the lake. The home allows for great views of the lake and has all the comforts of home. Matt checked in on us regularly and addressed questions and concerns timely and effectively. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will likely do it again. Thanks Matt!!

GREAT Owner! Great Place! Highly Recommend! 10/10!
We had to burn some time off this Jan. 2024 so we chose this lake home to stay at for 5 days. To be expected it was cold, but the wind kept us from fishing much at all, but that's out of anyone's control. The house was great! Very clean, has everything you could need/want and the hot tub was awesome! Covered dock is amazing as well so you can fish in the rain if it rains or stay out of the direct sun in the heat. Owner was 100% responsive, quick replying, very courteous and welcoming! We loved it! We will 100% be back in the summer to be able to enjoy the water and the outside patio/grill/outdoor cooking area more for sure! PERFECT place to entertain with tons of seating, outside space, chairs, sleeping room/bedding etc. 10/10!

Great Holiday Weekend
My family of 5 and my parents spent a long weekend on the lake and this house was perfect for us. 4 full bathrooms!!! I guess I missed that on the overview but with 3 teenagers it was perfect! Turn the lights off and watch the sky at night from the hot tub. Amazing. Fishing off the dock at night was very productive and provided hours of entertainment for my kids. We rented a pontoon on the lake and was able to keep it at the property overnight. I can't think of anything that we needed that we couldn't find. It was a great stay!

Butterflies and Sunsets
Highly recommend! The front door has a butterfly garden and the back will give you amazing sunsets. Property was perfect for 3 couples. Layout of the house was good. Have fun fighting over the primary bedroom. Dock is very nice and we caught lots of fish. The underwater light worked perfectly one night but not so great other nights. The kayaks were a nice feature and they have easy access to the lake for them. Hot tub was well used by us and appreciated. WiFi is satellite so heavy rain/wind will impact it. Not the fastest and we used hot spots at times. Matt was very quick responding to all questions. I know he would have run anything needed over, if asked. Bedding and towels were provided and of good quality. The beds are foam and are firm. House was clean upon check-in and that went seamlessly. Extra blankets provided, too. Lake had good fishing. Especially catfish. There are a lot of tree stumps in the water at places so not sure about jet skis. It's really a fishing lake. Again, highly recommend.

Incredible Lake Property
This was a great property with incredible views. The house had everything we could want. It was just far away enough from town to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and just close enough to town for grocery and restaurant convenience.. We will be staying here again for sure.
