"Rooms are only cleaned every three days but you can request anything from reception, however we were staying four nights and only had two teabags, two milk sachets and one bath towel between us. Our room was not checked or cleaned at all"

"We liked the spacious, well furnished room which was well sound proofed with no traffic noise; the underground carpark was very convenient and easy to use. We did not eat there but the food and drinks menu appeared reasonable. It's in a good location for walking to the city centre and station. Would definitely recommend."

"Outstanding staff , friendly, helpful, always there to solve any issue. Small hotel with lots of character and a great location. Everything is easy to walk to. Parking is limited but its secure and right next to the hotel. Great value for money."
