Girls weekend.
This was a great home base for our girls weekend getaway. It was clean and comfortable. Nice location. We spent time at both Chico and Yellowstone Hot Springs. Took in live music at the Old Saloon and enjoyed an amazing meal at Sage. I would absolutely stay there again.

Comfortable and clean! Loved it!
The listing is realistic. It is exactly as it says it is. We loved our comfortable, clean, cozy stay! We visited the hot springs in both directions and it’s pretty central. It would be great for visiting Yellowstone national park as well! We may be back in the summer!

Lovely Paradise Valley
Such lovely little condos to feel like you’re at home at such a beautiful place. The property was great. It has everything you would want. The only thing me and my family thought that would improve our stay would be better mattresses on the beds. If those were upgraded, it definitely would be a complete five star. But other than that it was perfect.

Great location, 5 minutes to Chico
Overall it was the location that was key for us. The reviews were deceiving. Either that or I am getting old and grouchy. The condo had a very odd smell, like pet urine. It has everything as far as kitchen necessities for sure. The bathrooms could have been a lot cleaner. The pillows also smelled of urine. If you want the location this is the place. If you aren’t picky about cleanliness or organized closets and vanities that you have access to then stay elsewhere.

Thanks Drew! Sharing your home away from home was a fantastic experience for us. This Townhome has everything we needed and is perfectly situated in the Paradise Valley. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the fishing. I would describe this rental as "Turn-key". From the time we walked into the home we knew we made the correct decision. Hope to visit again next year. Thanks again.

Beautiful townhouse
Townhouse was absolutely beautiful!! Was not only clean, but stocked with anything you could possibly need (other than perishables). If I had to have a complaint, it would be that the beds need new mattresses. Other than that, it was perfect! Is located in a small, quiet town with groceries, gas, post office, church, restaurants, and a bakery within walking distance. As a bonus, a group of mule deer visited every day, usually in the morning. Would definitely book again and refer it to anybody.

Wonderful property with all the amenities of home!
Drew made everything so easy! It was our home away from home. Plenty of room for our family and it was an easy (and beautiful) drive to Yellowstone. We cooked at the condo two nights and had everything we needed. It was easy to pack our lunches each day and take them with us. Part of the family went hiking for a day and were able to take the bear spray provided at the condo. I appreciated the opportunity to do laundry while we were there, too. Would definitely return to this property again if in the area and will recommend it to friends!

Great place and start point for adventure!
What a great place to start our daily Yellowstone and Paradise Valley adventures. The lower level was well-equipped with kitchen, living space with nice TV (when we needed a break), and full bath/laundry. The upstairs slept all four of us comfortably and could have accommodated a couple more. The room AC units and fans helped a lot to keep the upstairs cool after warm summer days. The unit is 30 min from Yellowstone, about the same from Livingston/I-90. We took a river float that started from Emigrant and spent a day at Chico Hot Spring - both only 5-10 min away. It was a great place and gave us quick access to a lot of activities. We would stay again!

Perfect
My family and I were very pleased with this vacation rental and would recommend it to all groups of people. The location was perfect! It is just a short drive to Yellowstone! The rental is in excellent condition and very well maintained. Drew is an excellent tenant to rent from. He is extremely nice and easy to work with. Everyday we traveled to Yellowstone, and it was so nice to come "home" to a very cozy and relaxing place. The kitchen is amazing, and it was wonderful to keep up on the laundry, so I wouldn't have to worry about catching up on it when I returned home. The Howling Hound Cafe was absolutely wonderful! I wish I could have taken it home with me. The employees made us feel very welcomed. Thank you so much for the memories we were able to make on our vacation!

Couldn't have been more perfect
We had a quick trip out to Montana to see my son and daughter in law who live in Emigrant and needed a place for 3 of us to stay that was near our family. We had no idea what a gem we were going to find! The place was just as described in the listing, Drew was very easy to work with when it came to booking and paying for our stay, and the view from the townhouse was gorgeous. While it is the off season in many ways for entering the Park, we were close enough to drive down and enjoy a day spent observing the bison, elk, and deer as well as do a little hiking. We had great dinners at Chico Hot Springs and at the Second Street Bistro in Livingston, but we could just as easily cooked in the townhouse because it had everything we would have needed. As long as my son and daughter in law are living and working in the area, we will definitely be back! Thanks Drew for opening up your home to others to enjoy.

A Gift
This property is located in a beautiful valley, lined on either side with tall mountains, the banks of the Yellowstone River a short walk away. The owner has outfitted it with literally everything you could possibly need or want for any season, even for very extended stays (not food, of course), and everything is clean. The owner’s thoughtfulness, intelligence, taste and especially generosity to perfect strangers can be seen and felt throughout. It feels less like a rental and more like a lend from a very good friend of something quite precious to him … a gift. The layout is very functional, the WiFi is fast, and the use of the garage was extremely helpful to us. We have rented a number of VRBO properties over the years, and this one still managed to amazed us. We highly recommend it.

Best Decision Ever for our vacation!
My family was delighted with our decision to stay at Drew's townhome.......we couldn't have chosen a better place to spend our Yellowstone vacation. I had everything I needed in the kitchen to cook meals for my family and then some! Buying our own groceries and cooking saved us hundreds of dollars for our family of six. The washer and dryer are awesome to utilize, huge help! The townhome was clean and spacious, the kids enjoyed the Wii and my husband and I enjoyed the balcony off our bedroom. We loved it so much, we have another trip planned next month! I can't say enough good things about it! We did a paddle and saddle trip with Montana Whitewater....extremely enjoyable! Take a trip up East River Rd to see lots of wildlife...we saw more there than in Yellowstone! Next trip we plan to do some fishing and motorcycle riding...gorgeous country. I can't wait to go back and this Townhome will be where we stay anytime we visit this area....thanks Drew!

Quiet setting north of Yellowstone
Five of us stayed at the Emigrant townhouse for a week this summer, and we have a great time! The property is centrally located in Paradise Valley, making Bozeman, Livingston, and northern areas Yellowstone easily accessible. Southern Yellowstone is a bit of a drive, and a trip to Jackson makes for a full day of relentless driving, which may not be ideal. However, Chico Hot Springs is within a stone's throw, though unfortunately we did not take an evening to make use of the free passes provided by the townhouse owners! Paradise Valley, too, is a gorgeous place to spend time, with lots of wildlife to see (without much effort, we were able to see coyotes, raptor nests, and bighorn sheep!) and many trails and landscapes to explore. The property is better equipped than any vrbo property I've been to -- a Wii, outdoor and indoor grills, and a full set of kitchen appliances. With all the convertible couches, this place could reasonably house at least 10 people, but I think it would be most comfortable for 4 adults. The townhouse is clean and well-maintained and is fully stocked with kitchenware, towels, and sheets for at least 10 people. Plus it has a gorgeous view of the mountains! All in all, the townhouse is a very nice place to stay. Finally, a huge thank you to Drew (owner) for being so kind and helpful in our email exchanges!!

Wonderful for a family vacation
The accomodations were excellent. Very clean and organized. The descriptions and directions were very accurate. The owner was extremely helpful. We stayed for nine days. We went to the park six times. Every day was so different. Every day we broke the park into sections to see as much as possible.Expect lots of driving but well worth it. Amazing wildlife and natural beauty. We saw so much wildlife just in the 30 mile drive to the park..We took a guided fishing trip on the Yellowstone River.. We met the fishing guide at the fly shop, just a short walk from the townhouse. After a long day at the park, the townhouse had everything we needed for a big meal. I recommend getting food in Livingston before going to the townhouse (20 miles north). There is a small merchant store walking distance away if you forget anything at the grocery store. The owners have supplied the basic spices and all the utensils you need. The outside grill was a nice touch. The place was clean and very usable. Plenty of towels and bedding. The washer and dryer was extremely useful. When it gets dark, go outside and look in the sky. It is amazing the number of stars. I would definitely go back.
