Perfect Location
The property was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and could not have been a better location. Beach access was right next to the house and you could see the ocean from the porch. We had a great stay and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. I've been coming to Emerald Isle for almost 40 years and this place ranks in the top 5% of the places I've stayed. The house was clean, had a well-appointed kitchen (with sharp knives!), and was the perfect size for the 4 of us with our small dog.

Quick getaway weekend
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Last year we stayed in the West Unit, this time it was the East. Everything was awesome! It is exactly as advertised and the distance to the beach was perfect. It was easy to walk to the beach every morning to see the sunrise. Can't wait to come back.

Great location
The location is wonderful and sitting on the front porch watching the ocean is very relaxing. Everything is updated nicely and the kitchen is well equipped. There seemed to be some ants around the kitchen area during our stay but there was spray under the sink that helped.

Perfect location
This is the second year we have stayed in this house and we will be back again next year. The front porch and easy access to the beach put it at the top of my list. It’s close to the shops and restaurants in Emerald Isle. The outdoor shower is awesome when you come in off the beach. It’s quiet and there is no traffic.

Very clean and great location! Could see and hear the ocean from our deck. The beach is huge with lots of seashells and was basically deserted during our stay; which was great since we had our daughter's day with us! Easy access to the house and was exactly as described.

This property was awesome..great location to beach & easy beach access..just wish I could have stayed longer. Would have liked some sort of grab bar for getting in & out of tub shower. Was great being able to take my dog..

Beautiful property/location with ocean views and breezes and beach access next to driveway. Pet friendly and has so many thoughtful amenities to include pet bed, bowls and doggie treats! We had the pleasure to meet one of the owners and thank him personally for the lovely stay. Also, enjoyed the original artwork! We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time! James was very communicative prior to our arrival. The house was clean and well appointed. The hosts include details to make your stay more comfortable -- even for our dog who appreciated having an extra bed & treats! The location is amazing and perfect for days at the beach.
