On the main (top) living level, you’ll find a cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed and a full bath that offers convenient access from both the bedroom and the hallway. The lower level is home to three additional bedrooms and two full baths, including the luxurious master bedroom complete with a king bed, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind.

This duplex is equipped with all the amenities you need for a stress-free stay, including central air and heat, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. Entertainment options abound with four smart TVs featuring Hulu Live, Hulu, ESPN, and Disney+, as well as four DVDs and a stereo with a CD player. Stay connected with Wi-Fi available throughout the home.

Outside, you can enjoy the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The open and covered decks are furnished with rocking chairs, offering a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. This duplex is also pet-friendly, allowing small dogs under 35 lbs of approved breeds with a maximum of two dogs and a $250 non-refundable fee per pet. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the home.
