Die Einrichtung war wie erwartet etwas älter, aber ziemlich ordentlich. Frühstück war top. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, nur die Lautstärke aufgrund der angrenzenden Hauptstraße hat etwas gestört.

Ein sehr zentrales Hotel, das nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, heißt die Einzelzimmer im Dachgeschoss müßten wirklich mal erneuert werden!! nicht gerade gemütlich. Wie es auf den anderen Etagen ist , kann ich nicht beurteilen. Für mich persönlich eine etwas zu kurze Frühstückszeit von 6.30-9.00 Uhr an Wochentagen,aber die Mitarbeiter sind alles sehr nett und zuvorkommend

Ich hatte das Zimmer 33 unter dem Dach. Die Einrichtung stammt noch aus der Ersteinrichtung. Nicht modernisiert, alles alt und klein. Der dafür verlangte Preis ist unverschämt. Der Duschabfluss war verstopft, die Möbel im Zimmer einfach nur alt und abgenutzt. Frühstück war sehr gut für das Hotel.

Zum Glück habe ich vorher in einem Restaurant EMail Empfang gehabt. Sonst wäre ich vor verschlossenen Türen gestanden. Bei einem Hotel hätte ich eine Reception erwartet.

Der Check-In funktionierte außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten dank Automat unkompliziert und problemlos. Kleine, aber zweckmäßige Einzelzimmer, aber winziger alter Fernseher. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen kommt man nicht umhin, das Fenster geöffnet zu lassen. Und damit offenbart sich das größte Problem des Hotels: Es liegt unmittelbar an einer stark befahrenen Ampelkreuzung. Die damit verbundene Lärmkulisse, u.a wiederholt Rettungsdienst mit Martinshorn zwischen 0.00 und 5:00 Uhr morgens sowie Verkehrslärm mit illegalen Auspuff-Brüllanlagen machen eine erholsame Nachtruhe nahezu unmöglich. Andere Hotelgäste trugen leider durch lautstarke Unterhaltungen im Treppenhaus und Türenknallen dazu bei, die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Da die Rezeption nur morgens/ vormittags mit Personal besetzt ist und ansonsten die Hotelbewohner unkontrolliert sich selbst überlassen sind, stellt auch niemand ein solch unsoziales Verhalten ab. Positiv: Das sehr bemühte, stets freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Das Frühstück war für den günstigen Preis ausreichend und gut. Leider das Bett sehr weich (hörte ich beim Frühstück auch von anderen Gästen) und die einzelnen Matratzenteile verrutschen leicht, bis schließlich das ganze Bett nur noch Unordnung ist. Umso ärgerlicher, daß es keinen Roomservice gibt. Das heißt, Betten werden nicht gemacht, Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Aufgrund des vergleichsweise günstigen Preises steigen auch Handwerker und Monteure hier ab. Wer Erholung sucht, schaut woanders.
