"Thank you to Patrick and Liz for being such wonderful hosts. Their knowledge of the area and help when required was brilliant. Loved the walking guides and maps in the house. The house was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The outside space was a delight. The area was beautiful, plenty to see and do. A great stay."

"The villa was very clean, very well equipped and perfect for our stay.....the pool was a great size for our group of four. The only negative was that we experienced very low water pressure during our stay which impacted the bathrooms and made showering sometimes a little challenging. The Commune of Durban is a lovely village and had a useful local Supermarket with Bakery and a really nice Bar / Restaurant ( Chez Prano). We had to travel a little distance in the evening to visit other restaurants...

"Es waren perfekte Ferien Die Wohnung war sauber perfekte Lage einzig der Ventilator auf dem Dach hat gestört aber er wurde in der Nacht ca um 22.00 bis 06.00 ausgeschaltet und wer nicht Lärmempfindlich ist wacht nicht auf davon. In der Wognung hat alles funktioniert bei der Ankunft wurde uns alles erklärt sehr freundlich und die Abgabe war auch reibungslos sehr nette Vermieter!"

"We loved our stay in this beautifully presented house. The view from the veranda was beautiful. The kitchen was fully kitted out with great thought to visitor needs. The bathrooms we brilliantly clean and well presented. The location is very close to the village square. Parking is quite a way away so you need to plan offload and loading of luggage. The three storey building is not really suitable to very young children or the infirm. Overall we had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay and...

"Het huis is ruim. De bedden zijn fijn. Er zijn voldoende badkamers. Twee badkamers zijn klein, maar verder prima. De keuken is goed voorzien. De tuin is heerlijk, met genoeg mogelijkheden om te zitten en dingen te doen voor de kinderen. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar goed genoeg voor de kinderen. Enige nadeel was dat er veel muggen waren. Hierdoor konden we 's-avonds alleen buiten zitten met een lange broek en lange mouwen. Ook binnen hadden we last van muggen. Het is nodig om onder een klamboe...

"Lovely little fisherman’s hut in great location. Cafe on site great for food like pizzas and chips. Pool is amazing and slides are awesome. Kids loved them and wanted to stay longer. We hired bikes and scooters and toured a bit more locally and tried a local restaurant. Very nice. Promenade good too for a walk. Beach about 1km walk over the other side of the island. We would love to stay again next time we are passing through on our European travels. Roland is a great host and understood us...
