Nous avons donc payé 2 hôtels différents pour la même nuit. Après de longues démarches et échanges d'emails, cet hôtel refuse de nous rembourser. Tout est dit..."

"We had a lovely stay. So impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment. Friendly staff... The only problem we had was the contact number given on our confirmation was incorrect. The last digit was wrong, and we struggled to get hold of the establishment. Also if we can make a suggestions, of having visible signage on the outside of the establishment as there is none, only once you enter the premises. This would make it a bit easier for guests who are unfamiliar with the area."
