"The issue was key card at the door. Needed that fix and unfortunately I can’t hear if I need a help and I had to went forth and back. I am deaf. Overall the reception is friendly. "

However, the manager called me to apologise and put me into a lovely quiet room for my second night. thank you (Maybe you could consider amending the door closures so they don't loudly slam? or put up notices asking guests to close the doors carefully)"
