"The Quality has long left the Quality Inn. Needs some serious maintenance and updating. Cracked caulking in bathroom. Shower diverted leaks. Toilet flushes twice….every time. Heating is loud, so run it to warm up the room, then turn it off to sleep. Hotel was quiet, but only saw two other cars in the parking lot. Overpriced for what you get. But at least it seemed clean. "

"The owner was nice enough to know I was in a walker and sometimes wheelchair, so he put us in the closest room to the exit and parking was right there. He also provided a chair for the shower for me. He was very helpful and kind. We will go back, for sure!"

"I loved everything about the Nordic pineapple and enjoyed it immensely. My sister, however, is a fussy eater. She doesn’t have food allergies so she didn’t mention anything she didn’t want in our breakfast. She felt misled just a little bit after reading the website and thinking there would be more than one option For breakfast. I thought it was wonderful but she’s not a ham fan and she’s a little spoiled besides that ha ha "

"The room was very clean and loved that they have removed the carpet and replaced it with the LVP flooring. We stayed 3 days and the staff was very helpful and friendly the entire stay. Our autistic son had an accident in the bed over night and they were great about coming in to room, changing out the bedding and giving our room a fresh once over with fresh towels and mopping of the floor. The only 4 we gave them was for the toilet in the bathroom. The handle is cracked and it makes a high pitched squeal when you flush, but that was something we can work through. Thank you Quality Inn and Staff for making our stay wonderful!! "

North Pole Express

"The loft far exceeded our expectations. It is very large and comfortable. We were concerned it might be loud overlooking Main Street, the bedroom was very quiet at night. The kitchen was adequately equipped and we prepared several meals. We are originally from Owosso and returned for 3 nights for holiday events and to take our family on the North Pole Express. The location is ideal to walk around downtown and we could walk to the train. Our family came in for Saturday afternoon allowing time for the little ones to stretch their legs and get something to eat before heading to the train. They returned to the loft after, again for the little ones to get ready for their drive home near Detroit. We will definitely stay again whenever we are in Owosso. "
