Staff especially Tien could not have been more friendly and helpful. Room could use a mini-fridge ( they gave us a filled ice bucket and offered use of hotel fridge) but otherwise totally recommend! Exceptional cleanliness and facilities. Perfect location for exploring the Miarabell Palace and Gardens, Mozart's birthplace and the old town, and 10 mins walk from the station/bus station. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return in a heartbeat! "
