It’s mostly a hallway, with the 3 bedrooms off of the hallway, the kitchen in a separate room, and the living/dining room in yet another separate room. We found it hard to be in a communal spot given how separate everything was. "The location of the property was great it's in the sants area so u can walk from the train station in approx 15mins. The Neu Camp is about 10 mins walk and there's 3 metro stops nearby. The main road has bus stops to and from the city centre the N2 night bus stops 100 meters away. The property was clean the only thing was it's a bit smaller than looks in picture but we 3 had enough room . Basically you get what you pay for."

"This home was perfect for our 5 day stay in Castelldefels! There were 4 people in our group and the home had plenty of space. The home is in the perfect area. It’s an easy walk to the beach, lined with plenty of restaurants, convenient stores, and even a market! It was also a quick walk to the train station which is a quick 30 minute ride to Barcelona! "This apartment was by far the nicest vacation rental we have stayed at, and our host was incredibly gracious and helpful! The apartment is huge, and easily accommodated our family that included adult children, significant others and a young child with plenty of room to hang together, or to spread out. "Washing / laundry machine was old and makes too much noise we can not do laundry after 9pm as per host .So we have to do early morning and laundry it was down last day of our stay, host says can’t fix the laundry so we pack all dirty cloths "

The furniture must be changed, specially the beds and mattress that have blood stains and curtains that have holes in. The kitchen and bathroom need a renovation, there is mold all around the bathtub. The fridge had mold in it as well. "Working with Graciela was a pleasure. The property was perfect This property was perfect for our week of Spanish language class close by. It is in a great quiet neighborhood with grocery and shopping, dining close to/ in the Arena complex. It is also very convenient to the red, blue and green metro stations. We really appreciated the coffee, milk, water and wine on our arrival... a very nice touch. We would definitely book again our next visit."
