"We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Arrived and Parked in Trinity car park opposite and left at 11am the next day. Cost £18 for parking. Staff we nice and friendly, got a free glass of Prosecco on arrival. Room was nice and clean. Bed was a good size for a king size. Didn’t have the best of sleep as could hear a faint beeping noise that kept us awake, dont know if it was something in the hotel or outside but keep going all through the early hours. Would stay again though as it’s on the doorstep...

"Spa was excellent - very clean - lots to do and the choice of pools is great . I liked the 11am checkout as it gave us time to use the spa in the morning prior to breakfast and checking out . Surrounding area very nice , historic , beautiful town . The staff at the hotel were very friendly , approachable and helpful . All the the staff are a credit to this wonderful hotel . "Hotel was lovely and quiet. But I guess if there was an event on then it may be busier. Hotel was good. We had issues with food and restaurant but that is not down to hotel. Room service food was cold but they quickly fixed it and restaurant was ok but not great for egg intolerance..... Most sauces and so on had egg in them. This is not a big issue but simply worth noting"
