Secluded Log Cabin and Rushing Creek- Dogs Welcome

Book today to experience total relaxation on 10 acres with a "noisy creek" in the North Georgia mountains! Conveniently located in north Gilmer County, halfway between Ellijay and Blue Ridge.

You can hear the rushing creek from every room! Once you experience the secluded beauty of Beloved Creek, you'll never want to leave!

Relax on the wrap-around porch or in adirondack chairs down by the water. Explore the trails on site. The fire pit is a short walk down the steep drive. The soothing sound of the creek can be heard from every room in the house! Grill out and have dinner on the back deck!

Our cabin is a custom log home with 3 levels and porches galore. On the main floor, you'll find the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, laundry room, and a separate half bath. There is another bedroom, shared bath, and a loft upstairs. The rooms are large and comfortable. The basement on the terrace level is not available for use. Please note that living areas are only accessible by stairs.

We have new king size beds in each bedroom and a futon in the loft. We have plenty of linens and pillows to keep you cozy, but feel free to bring your favorites. You can expect 2 towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth for each guest. We have blow dryers in both full bathrooms.

Gather around the stone fireplace. Cuddle up on the leather couch or in one of the cozy recliners. The cabin has 4 flat-screen TV's with DirecTV. The loft is a perfect place for the kids to play games and watch movies. We have WiFi!

The kitchen is fully equipped for most meals. Enjoy dishes, utensils, and glassware for at least 8. We have all appliances (Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, small crockpot, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas oven, and stove. There's a grill on the back deck). The grill is not available late September - November due to bears. Bring your food, drinks, and condiments. Don't forget your coffee pods!

We have contact-free check-in.

Enjoy the 9-mile winding ride from Downtown Ellijay through the mountains to Beloved Creek. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife and waterfalls. Roads are all paved except about one mile of gravel that leads directly to the cabin. When you step out of your vehicle you will hear the rushing creek on all sides. Wait until you see the natural beauty!

We are on a private road with lots of seclusion.

Magical Time in North Georgia
This place is absolutely amazing! We have been renting cabins for many years, and I have now found the only cabin property I ever want to rent again. This place has it all—a wonderful, immaculately clean cabin on ten completely secluded acres of beautiful surroundings. Our dog had a blast running around the property and playing in the creek. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place.

A river runs through it
The cabin sits on a small hill with a creek on both sides that meet at the bottom of the property, creating a flat area with trees, a fire pit, and his swing seat, a real, enchanting setting. The cabin is comfortable and has everything you need; it is very Solidly built . It’s the perfect place to find some solitude and peace. We would stay in this cabin again with no hesitation.

My husband and I were able to get away to this beautiful location with our pups in tow. We all enjoyed peaceful walks whether down well maintained paths or to the creeks. At night the fire was a cozy way to settle in for the evening. Such a sweet cabin with plenty of room and well appointed. So thankful to have been able to share a week of all this beauty these 10 acres has to offer!

We absolutely loved this little piece of paradise! It was the perfect cabin for my husband and I and our son, his wife, and our granddaughter! We found plenty of things to do in the area. It was delightful to sit and listen to the birds and the sound of the stream flowing!

Loved this cabin! Will definitely return! Even our dogs enjoyed their stay. They even had a dog bowl and a dog bed in the cabin. The creek on the property was Beautiful and a great way to cool off in July!! If you are looking to relax and reset this cabin is it!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The cabin was perfect and cozy. The sitting area down by the creek was so lovely and plenty of flat area by the fire pit and creek to mozy around. My 5 year old and dog enjoyed playing and running around down there. We also enjoyed the nature hike behind the house. About 10 minutes down the road is a beautiful winery. We will definitely be returning.

Much needed getaway!
This was our second trip to Ellijay. The cabin was perfect for us. Close to both Blue Ridge and Ellijay. Beautiful scenery and lots of privacy. We are planning to bring our family next time.

Absolutely Perfect
Everything my husband, and I were looking for. The owners have fully equipped the home with everything you need. The home and property was very clean and, absolutely beautiful! We used Waze as the owners suggested, and had no issues finding the house. Will absolutely rent this home again. Everything was perfection and couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay!

The house is in a very serene and peaceful location. Hearing the creeks running constantly was so relaxing sitting on either the front or back porches. We didn't want to drive into town so we got our groceries instacarted from Krogers. Great place to stay!!

Such a nice place for tanqulity.....beautiful porch and the sound of the creek is so relaxing. Very nicely furnished and comfortable. The road to town was a little bumpy but overall ok. Very close to town......enjoyed downtown Ellijay....

Wonderful stay
This was a wonderful secluded cabin with a fire pit and creek the kids could wade in. The porch offered a serene place to enjoy breakfast with the sounds of nature. Laura was very responsive with any questions. The cabin was so clean and my husband even commented on how impressed he was by the lack of bugs inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We have rented many VRBO’s in the past. This is easily put in the top 3. Great house with 2 master bedrooms. Plenty of room to walk our dogs. Just what we wanted. Out of town but close enough to town. Great place to stay.

Perfect secluded getaway
My husband and I wanted a cabin that wasn’t right on top of a neighborhood of cabins—and boy did we get it! The sounds of the rushing creek (that was a blast to explore!) to the isolation of the forest were even better than we pictured. What an amazing retreat but with access to the delights of downtown Ellijay not too far away!

Quiet Seclusion
Property is very nice and clean. Owner is great and responsive. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to get away for seclusion. Definitely heed the owner's advice about keeping your eyes on your dogs if you take them. We encountered a very large bear just off the back deck our last morning. Overall great stay. Thank you!

Deep in the woods
We were looking to get away and this log home had that feel for sure. Tucked back off the hidden roads and very quiet and peaceful location. The clearing and swing by the two joining streams was a nice and relaxing way to kick back and just here nature. You must take the directions from the owner to find it BUT visit Roos Winery on the way home each night for breath taking views and some very good libations.

Quiet hideaway
This home is comfortably nestled in the mountain. It has a roaring shallow creek with plenty of seating to enjoy the surroundings. We did not get a chance to build a fire, although there was a perfect location for one. It was my grandson's 9th birthday, so we spent our time hiking, playing mini golf, gem mining, enjoying the nearby towns and playing board games. It was a pefect getaway for the family.

I truly enjoyed my time at this cabin. It is so beautiful and secluded, not a neighbor in sight! The cabin itself was very clean and cozy. The master bedroom's mattress was super comfy! I slept like a baby! It has a beautiful wood burning fireplace (firewood not provided) but unfortunately it was still too warm to have a fire. Maybe next time! I loved the swing in front of the creek. It was so relaxing. I had everything I needed to make my stay perfect. Laura was great! She was quick to get back with me on any questions I had. I will definitely book this cabin again for future trips!
