"The location is perfect. It's right next to the university and within a short drive to shopping. Oldenburg is a very pleasant town to spend a few days. The house was as described. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and everything else is downstairs. Outside is a large covered patio which was perfect for keeping our bikes dry. "Felt at home. Beautiful Loft. Spacious. Central location to where we wanted to bee. Close to a Super Market, Petrol Station, and Bakery. The property management team was very responsive and friendly to our questions. Only thing we wish the property had was a Microwave but again not a big deal. Excellent property and loved the stay. "Schönes Reihenhaus mit kleinem Garten und Terrasse und kleinem Duschbad mit Toilette unten und Balkon und großem Duschbad mit Toilette oben - relativ neu renoviert und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist optimal - Kurpark, Schwimmbad, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, Wanderungen können vom Haus aus gestartet werden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. "

Danach kam der Wetterumschwung, aber auch im Haus war es gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, man hat Platz. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig. "Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und hatten danach einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, nett eingerichtetem Häuschen. Die Terrasse mit anschließendem Garten ist optimal um auch abends dort zu verweilen. Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden sicherlich in den nächsten Jahren wieder dort Urlaub machen."

"Het verblijf was zeer goed, het vakantiehuis was zeer netjes en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontvangst door de eigenaar was hartelijk. Rustige buurt en toch dicht bij het centrum. Voorzieningen waren uitstekend, fietsen konden gestald worden in de garage, parkeren op de oprit. Buiten in de tuin gelegenheid om lekker te zitten. Een aanrader wat ons betreft."

"Das Apartment liegt zwischen Hafen und See. Es ist ein großes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Daneben ist ein sehr kleines Bad mit Wannendusche. Das Apartment war sauber und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. "

"Excellent as always! The food was exceptional and extremely generous portions but also nice and healthy! The most dog friendly place I have ever stayed. It is actually more convenient than being at home with an absolutely beautiful mapped out walk by the lake on the doorstep. Staff are all really helpful and welcoming."

"My stay at the Arkadenhaus hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the hotel manager. Despite my limited understanding of German, the manager went above and beyond to help me find the places I wanted to visit. Their patience and dedication made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but it was the manager's extra effort that really stood out. I highly recommend the Arkadenhaus for anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive stay."
