I’ve stayed at this property often. It isn’t the cleanest. We usually end up having to mop the floor at least four times before we bring our stuff in otherwise we tracked dirt to bed. But we stay there cause the rates are decent and it’s convenient to where we need to be however, this last day was the worst stay not only did they double charge us for one day and then made us pay another day which our checkout should’ve been Saturday. They made us check out on Friday without reimbursing us for a day and then called the cops and tried to trespass because we demanded the overcharge back since they weren’t gonna let us stay till Saturday, they said because it was a pending charge that they weren’t gonna give us our money back. I always book through Expedia because every time he tells me the owner Dennis that he’ll match their prices something get screwed up and I get extra charges miscellaneous $22 charges which they still can’t figure out why and won’t reimburse me for those either. Right now they’re under construction so it’s even more dirty and noisy and their staff is incompetent.

Have asthma and requested for non-smoking room but instead was given stinky smoking room and requested for change of room 3 times and still the rooms were still stinky and smoking room. Could not sleep all night until day break and breakfast was also poor. I regret for booking such a place and wish I could get my money back. What a shame.

Was OK. Beds were not comfortable, could use an upgrade. Staff at desk was very friendly. Nice to find a place we could take our dog. A little nervous about the clientele the weekend we were there. May not be typical. Overall a decent place for a quick stop.

PROS - check in was efficient, this motel is close to St Augustine and therefore isn’t as expensive as staying right in town, continental breakfast was ok and well maintained by clerk CONS - Matresses had some mold on them, floor was sticky/dirty, room was dated, tub had black scum, Doors main lock was in poor shape, Neighbours were smoking weed constantly, police cars were present on time of check in. Wouldn’t Recommend place Overall due to Safety/security/suite conditions; front desk staff was good though.
