Not the best well kept home!
The cleanliness wasn't the best. Nothing was cleaned well other than the basic. A bunch of garbage and dirt under furniture and in corners. The TV's we couldn't get to work to bring anything up. The dishwasher didn't work to clean the dishes. The basement shower leaked from the shower arm spraying back to the drywall. The light in the pantry wasn't working. There were some soft spots on the back deck overlooking the woods & pond. Not a place we would stay again. I notified the number that was text to me but never heard anything back about any of our issues.

We love the house which was super clean, organized and love the area/location which is close to the Massanutten. The TripForth's service was great. They reply so quick to my questions through text message. We will definitaly come back, thank you:)

Worst place I have ever stayed
The photo pictures do not give an adequate discription of the house. It was musty and dry. There were areas which were not as clean as they should have been. There were 3 beds with human hair all over the sheets and covers. The only option we were given to wash our sheets and dry them on the first night before we could go to bed after a 5 hour drive to the venue. The TV's keep going out. We had to use our own hot-spot. The temperature flucuated despite where we set the thermostat. The basement got very cold. The kitchen had a lot to be desired. Around the sink did not look clean. The ice maker did not work. The pantry was not clean. The utensils, pots and pans were not of the best quality. Tiny TV's in the bedrooms. We did not receive enough towels and wash cloths for 14 people. Somes towels were stained. We were given a few more towels and wash cloths the 2nd day in the afternoon. We purchased some wash cloths on our own. Dirty blankets on the beds. We purchased clean beddings for one room. We had one roll of paper towels on arrival and some bathrooms did not have toilet tissue. We purchased both paper towels and toilet tissue. The gathering room on the main level, had no TV. The rug in that room is dirty. Noted the same hairs were on the rug as the bed. Overall for the price paid for 4 days we were cheated. As a family, we made the best of it and stayed, but would not recommend this house to anyone.
