When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. "Emma & Otto's home is very warm, welcoming and extremely clean and well appointed. The home is updated with modern appliances and comfortable furniture. My family and I stayed for 6 nights and were extremely pleased with our accommodations. The check-in/check-out process was easy and well-communicated. "Old and outdated hotel with no bar or restaurant. The room has old and uncomfortable furniture, car parking spaces are limited and although there is a large public car park close by that can also be busy as it serves a large events venue and charges a fee from 7am. The location is ok, although there is not much close by. Breakfast is good with good variety and decent selection of choices."

Lacked clear communication upon arrival.

" “The hotel was clean and good, but the issue was that when I arrived late, there was no communication to let me know where the key was placed. When I got there, the door was locked. They had left a phone number, so I had to call it to find out where the key was. This was a bit uncomfortable for me, especially when you arrive somewhere unfamiliar.”"
