"Although our first night was spoiled because our room was booked next to a married family and friends whom talked/laughed and were very loud and obnoxious between 3:30am until 8am despite staff asking them to keep it quiet in the early hours. However, as soon as staff became aware of the problem they jumped on it and tried their best to help us. The manager apologized and was very kind and friendly. Also they brought us breakfast in-room so we could sleep in due to loss of hours. Also because we missed dinner as we came back after midnight after our outing, the manager arranged for us to have sandwiches and fruit, coffee and juice waiting for us in the room. On our last day because we were checking out early, they packed us breakfast for our journey out. Views are beautiful from the room. It takes about 20-25 minutes by car from town to the hotel through windy but beautiful local mountain road. Got some great sunrise photos. Everything we ate was delicious. Thank you Fox Resorts!"
