"Excellent location to ski Hunter, Windham, and Bellyaire mountains. Hiked Katterskill falls. Did not eat out. Restaurants were limited. Nice working wood stove. Wood provided. Local hiking trail right out front door called Diamond Notch trail"

"Amazing cabin that was perfect to relax in by the wood stove and look out at the snowy woods. Had all the modern amenities we needed and a well-stocked kitchen. Be careful with the driveway if coming in the winter. We were here during a snowstorm that turned to slush and then ice. The plow did come for the driveway but it still left a layer of ice that we needed a couple tries to get out of in our 4X4 SUV. It also was very slippery walking to the house. "We stayed in this lovely home for a Thanksgiving trip with 10 of us. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was great to have such a full kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving feast. The house is stunning, nicer than the photos, and in a beautiful setting. The hosts replied immediately to our queries. Thank you for a wonderful trip."

"We arrived during a power outage. It wasn’t looking good for this trip. Reach out to the owners and they got back to me very quickly. We went into town to get some groceries in the meanwhile. When we got back, the trip was officially on. We really liked the look of the cabin. It was kind of secluded which we liked and it wasn’t too hard to find.
