The Space:
Our grandest offering, our Executive Suites feature breathtaking and expansive views out over the marina to the bay. Luxuriate in a King-sized bed piled high with fine bedding and deliciously soft pillows. A living room with Queen sleeper sofa offers room for larger groups or a comfortable place to relax, while your kitchenette features a personal coffeemaker, mini-fridge, microwave, sink, table and chairs and plenty of storage. The rooms are connected by an atrium with access to a small private balcony from which to take in the gorgeous natural beauty surrounding you. Both rooms include their own television and a desk.

The Neighborhood:
The main street of Elk Rapids is steps away from our front door where you can explore local boutiques, restaurants and coffeeshops. Venture farther afield with a picturesque drive into the heart of Traverse City, Charlevoix and Petoskey to enjoy a range of culinary and cultural delights.

The Dexter is the perfect home base for day trips year-round. Access Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear Dunes or the Mackinac Bridge. Getting Around:
Elk Rapids is a 30-minute drive away from the Cherry Capital Airport and 10 minutes from the events of the Traverse City Horse Shows. We recommend driving or renting a car, as rideshare opportunities are scarce.
