Please note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee of $99 is required by NoMiSTAY for each stay, providing guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1,500. If the cost of damages exceeds this amount, or if damages are determined to be intentional, NoMiSTAY reserves the right to seek additional compensation.

A non-refundable credit card processing fee applies to all reservations.

For stays of 14 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. Mid-stay cleaning can also be requested for shorter stays.

DOCK – The dock is available for use from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please limit dock use to 15 minutes for passenger loading and unloading. A mooring ball is available for securing your boat between rides. Be aware that winds and waves can pick up quickly, potentially causing damage to boats and docks. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent damage during docking.
