Early check in upon request & approval 12pm if available and/or Late check out 12pm for additional fee $75 each. Unapproved late check out after 11am will be charged $100 to have cleaners delayed for next guest clean. Clean fee includes 3-4 hours to tidy each room/bathroom/extra rooms, sweep/mop/vacuum/dust, change& wash bed sheets/pillowcases & towels, and restock clean supplies & toiletries. If unsatisfied w/cleaning service, will be redone however not refunded.
Uncleaned vomit, blood, feces, urine will be charged up to $500 hazard fee clean by clean company. NO SMOKING $2000 fine/treatment (ecig/cigs/weed/cigars) on property.
Please DO NOT rent if you are involved with illegal activities. Our neighbors include military & City officials, please be considerate.
BABY ITEMS: Please clean after use & put away. NO PARTIES or excessive noise after 10pm.
NO SHOES in house, if possible, disposable ones provided. Maintain cleanliness and clean up after yourself: wash dishes after use, wipe areas used, heat attracts insects, and they love crumbs.
NO EATING in bedrooms, living room or study area. USE refrigerator/washer/dryer at your convenience.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper in toilets. MAKE-UP dark wash cloth available in closet.
TURN LIGHTS OFF when not using & AC/Heat has efficiency setting labeled.
Check out by 11am. Friendly reminder: common courtesy tidy up, take your trash out, wash your dirty dishes, & lock door behind you. IF YOU WISH: Cleaners appreciate any extra help-put towels in washer & begin express wash, pull used linens front floor laundry room or inside baths, EXCEPT COLORED MAKE UP TOWELS, COMFORTERS or DUVETS.

Pet rules: CATS & DOGS ONLY- DO NOT USE OUR HUMAN BOWLES, CUPS, BLANKETS, and TOWELS FOR YOUR PETS! DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON FURNITURE OR BEDS! Pets must be fully house trained, up to date w/shots & spayed/neutered, if they shed, they must be brushed outside. You must provide your own pet bowls, cups, blankets, towels. If you are not home, pet must be in a kennel. Please provide your pet bed while visiting. All hair & cat litter debris must be cleaned before checking out. Fenced back yard available to play & you must keep pets leashed while in front yard. Pick up after your pets when they poop in the yard/litter box, use pet bags, and throw away in city trash bin (front yard). Guest must provide cat litter box (keep clean at all times), cat scratching posts & any toys to keep them entertained during stay.
