"The family has been associated with the property for 3 generations, and it is a gorgeous chateau, in a small village within easy driving distance of Amiens. The setting and the room are gorgeous, and the host and hostess are warm and friendly. They gave us many recommendations about what to do in Amiens. The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you.
