We loved staying here. Owner was great with communication and answering our questions. The house was lovely and we enjoyed the country setting. It was a nice relaxing place for our soldier on family day
The properties location was fantastic. Easy to get to from interstate making it easy to get out to the wildlife refuge and Ft Sill. Views of the Wichitas just outside the front door!
The property was so clean and very private. The perfect place for a vacation or just a get away. We would like to thank the owners for letting us stay and making our stay so memorable.
Four of us hunters stayed,we loved the place, everything we needed, very clean,
Close to town and The Refuge. Our host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.
We stayed in Elgin at this barndo for our son’s BCT grad and family day. It was quiet and was the perfect getaway for him to relax and spend time with us.
Place was easy to locate, very clean and in order.
Close proximity to where we hunted also.
Quiet and comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay.
This property was exactly as expected. Great Mountain Views, super clean home. The check in and out process was easy and painless, and the host was incredibly responsive to inquiries. I wish I could give it six stars. Will definitely stay here again.
My family had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was easy to find, and extremely peaceful. My daughter loved the neighbor cats! We got to spend a couple days hiking in Wichita Wildlife Refuge and took a short trip to Oklahoma City. The house offered wonderful relaxation after our busy days!
What a lovely and cozy house. We had enough space for the entire family. Highly recommend
Stayed with the family as we were attending our sons Fort Sill Graduation. Lovely home, spacious and clean. Definitely recommend to families that want a home style feel.
What a beautiful, spacious and conveniently located place to stay. The host was very responsive to any questions and she made everything seamless. Beautiful sunset. It was the perfect place to stay for my son’s boot camp graduation.
We were down for the CMA State rally in Medicine Park.
Lots of T-storms around but other than a very close lightning strike that made the upstairs TV start whistling it was all good. Very nice home and comfortable
Beautiful property and home that did not disappoint. Beds were very comfortable and location was great and close to get to Fort Sill, Medicine Park and restaurants etc. would highly recommend this home. Very spacious and we felt at home the moment we walked in. Thank you for sharing this property
It was an amazing experience. The place is beautiful, cozy and spacious. My family and I stood here for a couple of days due to my son graduating from BCT. We loved every minute of it. The host was responsive to any questions. You won’t regret your stay.
We rented this house when we came down for our son’s family day and graduation from basic training. It was the best place that we could’ve found to be able to give him a really quiet and relaxing day. It is on an absolutely beautiful piece of property. Very convenient to Fort Sill. I will add that if you have an allergy to cats do not rent this place, there are several cats that hang out. You can tell this is their home! We made friends with them and they did not bother us at all, but be aware of that if you do have an allergy. Host was very responsive and check in and out was a breeze.
I absolutely loved it, and so did everyone else. Down to the amount of towels and blankets, to the set up of everything. Beautiful scenery. Perfect place to stay.
My only feedback is that the privacy fence takes away from the enjoyment of the beautiful land that there is. There’s another fence that keeps us from going back to far, but we could see all the land and gorgeous ranch and horizon. But the fence takes away all of that. That’s my only thing I would change about this property. Other than that, I’d definitely stay here again.
We came for my sons BCT graduation. Its was about a 15 minute drive to fort sill. Sadly we didn’t get to see the llama and Alpaca, but it was still a great place to stay. The host was very friendly and responsive to our questions. I recommend bringing extra paper towls. Other than that we had everything we needed.
We could hear the base setting off granades or something so that was kind of fun for my boys!
