"I loved the property, and layout of the house was surprisingly modern and functional, just missing a laundry room and internet connection to make it perfect, hence the 4 stars. In saying that, I wouldn’t have minded having no internet, but, also had no phone service which it’s not ideal if we had to deal with an emergency. Every thing else was great!"

"Clean and comfortable, with room for two couples, this cottage has all that you need for a few relaxing days in the Victorian countryside. The attention to detail is an added bonus, with bathroom items provided, plenty of towels, warmly heated on arrival, and a few chocolates to enjoy as you take in the lovely view of the property, with sheep, native birds and rabbits adding to the delightful ambience. "Terrific property in beautiful Daylesford"

"Enjoyed a few days at the villa with my daughter.Very comfortable we had everything we needed breakfast supplies warm beds and lovely furnishings Hot shower and l enjoyed the spa one night "

"Really good stay Entrance to the venue was a little off road driving which was never specified on booking. Very poor internet which could make it difficult for families which love there devices. Otherwise very happy with everything else 👍"

"Located in a quiet part of town, homely, well equipped, ideal for a couple. Clean and tidy. Very comfy beds."

"This beautiful cottage has been thoughtfully designed & decorated. It’s walking distance to the main part of town and the lake and a short drive to other character towns like Trentham, Woodend & Clunes. We loved the outdoor seating options, & gardens. Highly recommend. thbook collection was interesting "

"We had a lovely overnight trip during winter. Nice and cosy and enough space for a family of three. Had a lovely walk through the bush literally at the doorstep. Board games at night was a fun activity in the evening. Thanks Julie!!"

"A lovely, private cottage, perfect for a quiet break."

"Absolutely loved our short stay and wish we could have stayed longer. A beautiful modern house with everything you need. A great open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and big windows throughout. Extra large bedrooms and nice modern bathrooms. Also loved the deck areas to relax and enjoy nature. 10 out of 10!"

"Fabulous house on the lakes edge. Amazingly comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen & bathroom amenities. All bedrooms with ensuites work perfectly for families or friends travelling together. Great walking trails around the lakes just outside the front gate. 15-20mins walk into the township of Daylesford. Lots of stairs over 3 levels so not suited to anyone with mobility issues. A few minor issues that come with rentals (cleaning & maintenance but nothing serious) Would definitely stay again."
