Beautiful view of Turtleback Mountain. Relax in the private hot tub. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the sunroom. Less than a mile from main entrance into Elephant Butte Lake. Huge parking area for big boat trailers, side by sides and horse trailers. You can see why we named it the Happy Place.

Also my happy place
My family and I enjoyed this location and the whole set up of the house very roomy and spacious. We did find some socks and a few things under the bed in one room and some laundry still in the dryer.But overall our stay was very Wonderful and will try to rent again.! Thank you Thank youwonderful.We'll definitely try to rent again

Great place!
Great place with easy access to the lake. Very clean and cold AC. Only issue was with the internet buffering and not being able to watch TV. We would definitely stay again!

This was a great landing place- and relaxing home. I was desperately needing to feel at home and relax as I had been traveling in NM for work and opted to plan my last stop in T or C and enjoy the area - the lake. My son and spouse met me and we enjoyed our stay.
