Hade haft tillmötesgående kontakt via telefon innan. "My friend and I stayed in a private room with two single beds and a private bathroom. Our space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the ease of checking in/out was so convenient—I wish all places just used access codes. The only thing that may detract is that many of the rooms are underground and don’t have windows, but as a couple of jet lagged Americans we actually found this to be beneficial. "They charge extra for the bed sheets. Dirty and stinky, starting from the broken entrance door to the broken washroom facilities. If you arrive late at night you might not even get your room number and the code. There’s nothing you can enjoy about this place and honestly it shouldn’t be listed here."

"Received clean linen for bed, there was a quilt & pillow. The receptionist very warm & friendly, I had 2 room mates, who I did not know before, which helped with feeling of being safe, form male predictors. We all attended the same conference. There was some one to have conversation with, & go shopping with. The atmosphere was vibrant"

"Dockside was a very cozy place in Gamla Stan. The showers were nice and many. The kitchen was small but adequate. Wish the bathrooms were also down below but still not bad. The beds were comfortable and clean."

"Very good communal area and clean. Check in is swift and easy ring buzzer and have a envelope waiting for you upstairs through the secured coded door. Great location 2 minute walk to metro and ferry 5 minute walk highly recommend "

"I loved my (very brief) stay here! I got in at 2 am as my flight was delayed but there was a self check in kiosk & someone there. I loved how compact but cozy and affordable the room was. Everyone was very friendly and special shoutout to the lovely lady at the front desk in the morning of Feb 18 she was so sweet and made me the best cappuccino ever. I loved how it was a 3 minute walk to the bus terminal. I didn’t have much time in Sweden but would stay again. "

Stockholm stopover

"My stay was perfect for a stopover in Stockholm enroute to Jonokoping. The hotel is directly opposite the Central Station making it easy for travelling to and from. The room was well thought out and extremely comfortable, with everything I needed and would suit for a few days as well as for the overnight. Breakfast was perfect and room service went above and beyond in providing me with suitable containers to take it on the train with me. All staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel's location was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee available in the lobby. When I mentioned that it was a bit cold, they provided an extra heater, which was very thoughtful. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the overall design of the hotel was impressive. I highly recommend this hotel."
