"This is a great home with a wide view of the lake. I really don't think it could get any better. The home was very clean with comfortable furniture. We had not one but two great kitchens to prepare our meals for our group. Everyone in our group loved the comfortable beds. We spent most of our time enjoying the large arrange of arcade games and playing pool. Anthony is the best in answering questions in a timely manner. This home is a 10 plus!!"

"Clean hotel, friendly staff. The night we stayed they had a water main break but they kept us updated throughout the process. They had to close their restaurants so that was disappointing because The Trophy Room was why we stayed there. Appreciated the 11amxheckput!"

"The photos of the view off the deck don’t give the house justice it deserves. It’s truly stunning. You feel like you’re over the water. We were there over new years with another family and friends. The game room was a huge plus . Their house manager wasn’t the kindest to us upon checking in. Once we arrived we found there was a leak in the ceiling in the boat bunk room. Didn’t have the best response from the house manager. However we contacted the host/owner and they were very willing to work with us to try to fix the problem. Things happen and we are very understanding to that and just wanted to be heard about the issues that were found within just stepping into the house. The house is indeed older and could use some extra tlc but even with the issues that arose it wouldn’t stop us from staying there again. "

"I can't say enough about the property or the hosts, they were super easy to deal with and it may have the best views at the lake. We will definitely be going back and hopefully get to enjoy the great fishing there. I have stayed in many VRBO properties but this one was hands down the best all around experience."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Birdshack. There was plenty of room for our group of 20, lots of comfortable seating in 3 different living spaces.There was plenty of room for dining, too. Most bedrooms were good size with comfortable beds. The big pantry closet in the kitchen was great for all are food. The grandkids enjoyed all the games, including the pool table .The walk to the water on the sidewalk is a bit steep but doable if you take it slow. The porches on the back were nice, including the screened in area. A great place for a family vacation."
