Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and deck access.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.
Bedroom #4 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a standalone full size bed, and a smart TV.
Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed and smart TV.
The home also includes an additional 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking is available for 6 vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use.
• The fireplace is not for guest use.
• To access the dock guests will have to walk down several flights of stairs
• Please note, that while the property does offer a private dock for guest use, the owner's boat and PWC will occupy the smaller slip and one of the PWC lifts for the duration of all guest stays. The 14x40 slip and the second PWC lift are available for guest use. The dock and boat slip are used at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat or PWC while on the dock.
• There are security cameras at the front door that monitor the entryway and mounted under the deck for dock security.
