Cute two bedroom bungalow in town.

This is our home and we look forward to sharing our unique location and comfortable home with travelers while we are staying on our sailboat in the nearby marina. We welcome guests that will respect our space and personal belongings and treat it like their own. We have two spacious bedrooms, one bath with shower and tub. Our comfortable living room has large picture windows that let in a lot of natural light. The kitchen is small but has everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals when you're not eating at the excellent choices of local restaurants in the area.

The house was wonderful, and the backyard was cozy and private. The location was perfect for a quick walk to breakfast or a short drive to the beach. Cameron was responsive and made check in a breeze. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend others to do the same!

A Slice of Heaven
I come to Frankfort/Crystal Lake every summer to make more memories with lifelong friends in this magical place where I spent summers growing up. This year, I discovered this perfect, intimate bungalow and fell in love. Lovingly cared for and decorated "coastal cottage" with soft colors, comfy furniture, and beautiful plants; sparkling clean and well stocked with all the essentials - I loved the time I spent here. The location is ideal, too - literally minutes away from downtown Frankfort, Crystal Beach, and the local highways that take you on day trips to Sleeping Bear, Leland, Traverse, and more. Finally, the owners are terrific - super nice and responsive. One evening there was a knob problem in the shower and Cameron was here with his tools in a heartbeat. I'll be making more memories here in summers to come. Lynn Tucker Smith

The home itself was very clean with update furniture it the man luving area. However, the neighborhood and yard were not what we were expecting.

Cozy coastal cottage just far enough away from busy Frankfort
Very clean and reasonably well equipped for a couple on a long weekend or a week away. Just quite literally around the corner from busy frankfort, close to Elberta Beach. Definitely make time to go get drinks at Furnace St Distillery and live music and food at the Cabbage shed. Just far enough away from frankfort that you won't feel like a tourist. Many must sees in the area, we vacation for a week in Benzie and Leelanau counties each year and this little cottage was a great experience. Definitely some minor updates needed that the owner is aware of and working on, but is far above average vs any others in this price range. None of these impacted our stay at all. Did I mention that it was clean? You can tell Cameron cares that his guests feel safe and comfortable in his little slice of heaven in coastal Elberta. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Charming cottage great location
Cameron the owner was super easy to communicate with. We enjoy golf, river kayaking, hiking & sight seeing. This place is convenient to all of the things we enjoy doing. Peaceful and charming...quintessential northern Michigan ❣️

Great experience
We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. We had never been to Elberta or Frankfort. Sleepy, undeveloped Elberta was a quiet break from the more touristy and busy Frankfort. We loved the more remote Elberta beach for sunsets, and the proximity to Frankfort's great beach for swimming. The house was super clean, obviously updated, and very comfortable. We were there in super hot weather so it helped to have the AC in one of the bedrooms, though I am not sure how it would have been if both rooms had to be used. Thanks for a great trip!
