"Upon arrival/ check in, I was informed that I didn’t have reservations and the hotel was full. After much debate and presenting my itinerary, they mystically found my reservation and presented a room key. Much to my surprise upon entering room , someone else’s luggage was unpacked and laying on bed. Went back to front desk and they couldn’t figure out how that was possible. Eventually I did get to another room and the rest of the stay was uneventful. "
