Beautiful house situated in a rural environment of Tenerife, ideal to enjoy the tranquility and nature. The decoration and quality of the materials - ceramic and parquet floors, wooden ceiling - as well as the spacious living room connected to the dining room and the kitchen make the house very cozy and comfortable.
It has three rooms prepared to accommodate 6 or 7 people and three bathrooms, one with a bath and two with a shower. It has heating and all the necessary electrodosméticos for a cozy and comfortable stay.

A large garden of 1800 m2 offers multiple species of Canarian and Mediterranean flora, and views towards the mountain. It has a terrace overlooking the garden and a wooden cottage for children's games.

Its proximity to the Mount of Hope makes it ideal for lovers of hiking, mountain sports training and mountain biking.

It is very well communicated by road with La Laguna (5 km), Santa Cruz (15 km), and motorways to the south and north of the island. The village of La Esperanza is located 1 km away, as well as the road leading to Teide. There are shopping centers and cinemas within a 10-minute drive. Tenerife North Airport is 4 km away and Tenerife South is 55 km away.

Lovely property in a great location
Jaime was really helpful before our arrival, as we arrived after the supermarkets closed on Christmas Eve he kindly got some provisions in for us which we paid him for on arrival. He met us at the property for check in and provided a lot of helpful information. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and just as described. The heating worked very well, which was great when it got a bit chilly in the evenings. The house is well located for braches, San Cristobal and walking, and the area is quiet. We had a really relaxing time and would definitely come back.

A good base to explore the Island
As always there are good and poor points. The house is spacious, well equipped and has good WiFi. Although we never managed to find any English channels on the TV - there were plenty of DVD's to watch and so we were able to spend our evenings being entertained by numerous films. We stayed for 10 days from late October to early November and was surprised how cold and wet this location was - most of the time we were there - so we weren't able to enjoy the outside grounds. However by travelling for 30 minutes in the car we were often 10 degrees warmer (24° as opposed to 14°) and in sunshine rather than rain - so it wasn't that much of a problem. This did mean that we needed heating on every evening and there were 4 electric heaters supplied, which we found the most effective. There was also a wood burner and a central heating system which you could turn on using an outside boiler. Unfortunately we found that when we put on the central heating system we kept finding that we didn't have hot water. There were instructions on how to reactivate the hot water - which we followed - so we were never without hot water for long but eventually abandoned the central heating in favour of the electric heaters. Also when the hot water was working it took many minutes for it to come through hot the first time you ran a tap - but we got used to it in the end. We did speak to Jaime about the hot water cutting out and he indicated that he would get an engineer to inspect it - although this was going to be after we departed. Other visitors managed to get the wood burner going but we couldn't get the wood to burn and we have a wood burner at home. The house is well located for a trip up to mount Teide and we travelled up there several times to the national park which was in blue sky and sunshine being above clouds each time we travelled there. Its also well located to get over to Anaga - with a really good beach at 'de las Teresitas' on the South side or Taganana in the North which is quite spectacular. We did manage to trip the electrics out a few times when cooking and ended up in the dark - so realised that we couldn't have all the appliances on at the same time. Fortunately the fuse/control box was easy to find by the front door - so apart from the first night was able to get the lights and electrics back on very quickly. The biggest downside for us was the neighbours barking dogs which spoilt the peace and quiet and kept us awake on our last night there.

Very comfortable house with beautiful garden
We had a very pleasant stay in this house. Although the temperature was rather low (mid october) in comparison to the nearby coast we enjoyed the house and the fireplace very much. The environment is very nice for walking trips and our hosts gave us useful tips for walking paths. Our host Jaime was very friendly and extremely helpfull

Lovely cozy house with a large sun terrace, all the necessary appliances and fast internet. For a cool evening there is a fireplace. There is also a large child’s bedroom, full of toys. Hospitable hosts welcomed us with wine and fruits. We will return here with pleasure. - March, 2018

Großes komfortables Haus
Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich, der Besitzer hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Perfekt ist auch der Parkplatz direkt auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Für wärmere Jahreszeiten könnte allerdings der Garten gepflegter sein.

Wunderschöne, perfekt eingerichtete Villa
Die Villa Los Laureles ist ein solide gebautes, sehr schönes, grosszügiges Haus an ruhiger Lage, stilvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und umgeben von einem grossen, wildromantischen Garten. Eine grosse Terrasse, mit Blick zur Küste, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Die bestens ausgestattete Küche mit modernen Geräten und allen nötigen Utensilien, machen das Kochen zum Vergnügen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist das tadellos funktionierende, schnelle WLAN mit Internetzugang. Sehr angenehm an kälteren Tagen sind die Zentralheizung und das schöne, perfekt funktionierende Cheminée, an welchem sich, bei einem Glas Wein, der Abend auf dem bequemen Sofa so richtig geniessen lässt. Die geografische Lage des Hauses am Rande von La Esperanza ist für Fahrten in die Teide-Region und in die Anagaberge besonders günstig. Jaime, der Gastgeber, hiess uns herzlich willkommen, so dass wir uns sofort richtig zu Hause fühlten. Er ist jederzeit erreichbar, sollten irgendwelche Fragen auftauchen.
