"Check in fast, but very slow checkout. There's a swimming pool, but it's boring. Ancient looking room. Parking is free, but there's no light inside the garage. Good location."

"The welcome at reception was warm and friendly, with the manager going out of his way to make us welcome. The room was lovely, fresh clean and roomy. As we were only staying for one night, more than ample for our needs. Not much to see on a walk before dinner, narrow pavements around the town but safe enough in the area. "This was the best hotel we stayed at on an 18 day trip to Spain. Very well located, walking distance to casco viejo old town, the theatre, impecable room, tasty breakfast buffet, good parking garage and over all an incredible friendly and efficient staff. Unfortunately there are no Nh hotels in the US except for NYC but while in Europe use this chain, particularly the one in Ciudad Real. "

"Perfectly decent price/quality ratio. A decent bed, a small but adequate loo, working aircon. Perhaps a little more 1970s than usual these days, but a decent sleep for a decent price: what more do you want?"

"We love this cute place! The owner welcomed us friendly and told us the story of the building. The property is so clean, nice and impressive, the breakfast was so good, fresh and a lot of options. It is just 10 minutes driving to Consuegra, the windmills, we enjoyed a spectacular sunset there! We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future!"
