"Had an excellent week at the resort. If you need a quiet, relaxing break this is the place to go. There are several kilometers of hiking trails. You can also do horseback riding and be guided through the coffee making process. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Hot water is dependable. Most units have amazing views. The staff are eager to help you enjoy your stay. Especially Stanley, who is a master at the hospitality profession."

"An old Spanish colonial building that is open, airy, unusual and charming. Evening dining on the outskirts of the small town. The town is a refreshing break from the larger towns. Breakfast is not prepared on property. "

"It’s a very clean hotel and the staff are very accommodating and helpful. The rom that we had was a little small but we saw other rooms that were bigger so it was probably because they were full at the time so we received the small room. Other than that everything was good. "

"The problem is that first tow nights I stood in a room w/o AC. I asked for one and I was told there was none available. The third night I was moved to one with AC but I was charged $20 extra for it, I was under the impression that I was going to a room with AC as I requested it before getting there. W/o that problem the rate would have been excellent. "

"A very nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious."

"The checkin was mixed. The guy couldn't find my reservation but gave us a room anyway. He told us that it was our fault even though we had a confirmed reservation through this site. The room was dirty. The shower was full of hair, there was no soap, They gave us a blanket with a used band-aid stuck to it. The whole thing just felt gross. At these prices, I can't recommend this place to anyone. It was better a few years ago. "

"House was very comfortable and clean. Erlys was very helpful in suggesting things to do, restaurants, etc. Our only suggestion is to have backup electric plant. Electricity went out during our stay and had to take shower with no hot water. "

"Amazing property and location, there were some minor inconveniences but nothing to stress about. Downstairs showerhead needs to be replaced and I had issues turning off the living room lights. It's a dimmer switch and sometimes it would not go to the off position. Again, nothing to stress about but worth mentioning. I wish I had tools to tidy up some stuff 😅 TP holder on upstairs bathroom needs to be tightened as well as toilet seat."

"The ad says washer and dryer but when you get there they tell you it's not for guests but you can use it. I used it for one wash and it took all the water in the tank so for the rest of the day we had no water. They came to fix it and it took until 10pm the following day. The owner of the property Sebastian then claimed we were not supposed to use the washer and it was our fault the water ran out.
