"Spotlessly clean, lovely welcome from staff at check in. Little details appreciated such as the choice of snacks and drinks to purchase in the rooms, but also a fruit bowl and water downstairs 24 hours. The choice of soap/shampoo etc in the rooms are lovely. The hotel is very close to Ramblas, yes it’s down a side street but myself and my 14 year old daughter never felt unsafe. And it was walking distance to so many places. I would definitely stay again. A special shout out to Alex and Aaliyah on reception - so warm, friendly and welcoming - and great top tips. Thank you for making our stay that extra bit special."

"Friendly staff, clean, great WIFI, great outside common areas. They accommodated our very early check. Just overall very accommodating. We felt welcome. Location was great. 5 min walk to Las Ramblas, 10 min walk to the water front. Short taxi to the Port where the cruise ships dock. Tons of eating options. Area felt safe."
