Spectacular and bright apartment inside a beautiful historic building in the center of El Puerto de Santa María.

It also has a comfortable parking slot in the same property, park your car and walk all over the city, pedestrians streets, churches and museums, bar and restaurants or the guadalete river promenade.

Very well located to visit the city, next to Main Market, San Marcos Castle and main Cellars like Osborne, Terry, Caballero, o Gutierrez Colosía.

The upper private terrace, is the main bonus of the house in the middle of the old town, divided into different spaces, has a large solarium with sunbeds and solar shower, in addition to a wonderful wooden pergola that shades a sofa and a dining table for 6 people, and a faboulous gas bbq ready to cook.

Perfect to enjoy the spring and summer sunsets, the views of the old Cathedral, the city skiline or the bridge of the Cadiz Bay.

The apartment faces the main street, high ceilings with old wooden beams and carefully restored. Equipped with all the comforts to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this sailors city, two large rooms with balconies to the street, a very comfortable and bright living room. Kitchen and bathroom with shower fully equipped.

The property, Is in the second floor of an old palace house of 1891 recently restored, is around a very beautifull and green interior courtyard full of plants, it will not leave you indifferent and you will feel like part of the history of this fisherman and sailors village known as "The city of the 100 Palaces", in the heart of Cadiz Bay, in southern Andalusia.

Excellent stay in Puerto Santa Maria
Excellent communication with Justo the owner., the accommodation was very clean and check in:/out was efficiently done with the housekeeper (Reyes) despite our language barriers. Roof garden was a highlight .

Lovely location, great hosts!
I can not say enough about our stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. Our hosts could not have been kinder or more helpful. They were quick to answer all of our questions and give us suggestions on what was in the area. Would highly recommend this place if you would like to be very well taken care of. Beautiful historic building and very safe.

A Great Apartment
We had a wonderful stay in this well located and well run apartment that is truly a home from hone. The terrace was a fabulous dining and relaxing space even in a 34c heatwave and strong winds. El Puerto de Santa Maria offers good connections to Cádiz by 25 minutes ferry and train and Jerez and Seville by train

This is why we travel
If you travel to 'get into' the local's world this is your unit. It's the most secure unit we've every had, and we approaching 60. It takes four keys to get in and three to get out! Nice balance in the location. A walk around the block will get you fresh veggies, meats, pastry and wine. Wine and cheese on the terrace at sundown was cool. A 5 minute walk will get you to the water and a 10 minute walk will get you to the Cat Boat for easy transport into Cadiz. The hosts are first rate. Parking is easy in and out.

Beautiful upper floor apartment with a fabulous roof terrace in a historic old palace building with courtyard and lift! The apartment is very tastefully furnished and extremely well equipped. There's also very reliable wi-fi and air conditioning throughout. The owner was incredibly welcoming and we were met by a lovely housekeeper, Reyes, who showed us round including the drying room on the roof and the underground garage. There was a really useful folder with all local information and the owner also provided a travel card which we used on the bus and the catamaran -thank you. We had a fabulous time in El Puerto and enjoyed an authentic Spanish experience including a local Flamenco show nearby! The apartment is central to all amenities and we found it quiet and restful.

Excellent property in ideal location
The property was as described and very clean and well maintained. Whilst the house keeper spoke no English the owner was easily contactable, very pleasant and dealt with any of our queries immediately. The property was in an ideal location for local shops and restaurants as well as the many historical places of interest. The catamaran to Cadiz was a bonus, both cheap and easy to access. The beaches were lovely although not easy to access without a car. We enjoyed very hot weather for the time of year but there were no umbrellas or sun beds to be found. The roof terrace was a bonus but again we really needed some shade up there and not suitable for anyone with mobility problems as this was accessed by a spiral staircase with 22 steps. We would recommend this property especially if you didn't want to hire a car.

Great location for sherry trips
The apartment is very well-equipped, clean, comfortable, has air-con if you need it, feels very secure and the roof terrace is a big plus. The welcome drinks were a nice touch and the hosts were most helpful and attentive. It is an easy drive from Sevilla and was chosen by us in part because it has good private secure parking. We had been to Cadiz province in Andalusia before but not El Puerto de Santa Maria. On this occasion we book-ended the week in the apartment with a few days in Sevilla and a few in Cordoba. The apartment is in an excellent location for El Puerto town with it's restaurants and bars, but also (from our point of view) the sherry triangle, because we did not want to drive to bodega visits. We visited the delightful bodega Díez Mérito in Jerez (by train in 15 mins). We visited Sanlucar by taxi to Bodega Delgado Zuleta (try their delicious Goya XL manzanilla en rama) and ate great seafood on Bajo de Guia, which also happened to be having feria that day. In El Puerto we visited the tiny Bodega Obregon just around the corner from the apartment, a real eye-opener. Cadiz was easily reached by ferry across the bay. While staying here we also visited places we had been before (Vejer, Conil) by car. We recommend Meollo Bar-Restaurante for food, a 2 minute walk from the flat. We had a lovely time and it was great to come back to such a great flat every day.

Mi estancia en este maravilloso apartamento totalmente equipado fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegué, quedé impresionado por su encanto y comodidad. El ambiente acogedor y relajante me hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer instante. Una de las características más destacadas del apartamento es, sin duda, la impresionante terraza. Es simplemente el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de una taza de café por la mañana mientras se admira la hermosa vista o relajarse con una copa de vino al atardecer, creando momentos inolvidables durante mi estancia. No puedo dejar de mencionar lo conveniente que fue contar con aire acondicionado en el apartamento, especialmente durante los días calurosos. Esto hizo que mi experiencia fuese mucho más cómoda y placentera. Además de las excelentes instalaciones, el trato del dueño y la ama de llaves fue de lo más cálido y amable. Siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier necesidad que pudiera surgir durante mi estancia, lo que hizo que me sintiera bienvenido y cuidado en todo momento. En resumen, no tengo más que elogios para este apartamento. Si estás buscando un lugar para hospedarte que te brinde comodidad, tranquilidad y atención personalizada, este es definitivamente el lugar perfecto. Sin duda alguna, la próxima vez que visite esta ciudad, volveré a reservar este encantador apartamento con su magnífica terraza. ¡Una experiencia inolvidable!

Ubicación excelente: Además de encontrar magnificas playas a pocos minutos, tienes el centro urbano delante del portal. Mercados, tiendas, ultramarinos, restaurantes, plazas, iglesias... Vivienda: te sientes como en casa, completamente equipado, limpio, ordenado y con plaza de garaje.

Oase im Herzen von El Puerto de Santa Maria
Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt in der Casa Palacio. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt, 50 m von der Markthalle entfernt. Man hat unmittelbar Kontakt zu Land und Leuten. Es gibt in direkter Nachbarschaft nette Bars, wo man das typisch spanische Frühstück zelebrieren kann. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen genialen Blick über die Dächer von El Puerto hinüber zur Kathedrale, über die ganze Stadt hinweg. Die Alt-Stadt hat einen etwas morbiden Charme, es ist nicht alles "wie geleckt", man sieht ihr ihr Alter an, dessen sie sich nicht schämen muss. Da dröhnen schon mal frühmorgens oder in der Nacht Motorroller durch die engen Gassen, Mütter rufen ihre Kinder - Leben eben ... uns hat's nicht gestört, im Gegenteil! Alles sehr authentisch. Die Wohnung selbst hat ausgeprägten andalusischen Charakter, man spürt, dass hier gelebt wurde und noch immer wird. Hohe Räume, schmale Fenster, viel ,dunkles Holz, geschmückt mit vielen erlesenen Einzelstücken - Möbel, Bilder, Inventar. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet, scharfe Messer, Pfannen jeglicher Art, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser ... Nur wer unbedingt seinen Filterkaffee braucht, sollte seine Utensilien selbst mitbringen. Alles ist sehr sauber und geordnet. Die Betreuung durch Justo, Sonia und Reyes ust vorbildlich. Justo hat gleich eine WhatsApp-Gruppe generiert und dort wurde jegliche Anfrage unmittelbar beantwortet. Sehr angenehm. Unbedingte Empfehlung! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großartige Unterkunft mitten in El Puerto de Santa Maria
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Unterkunft ist einfach super, es ist alles da, was man sich nur vorstellen kann, und die Lage mitten im Zentrum der Stadt ist unübertroffen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur sehr empfehlen. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estadía, el alojamiento es excelente, todo lo que pueda imaginar está allí y la ubicación justo en el centro de la ciudad es insuperable. Solo podemos recomendar este alojamiento.

El propietario estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros , la entrada al apartamento perfecta. Estã muy bien decorado y con todo lo necesario en cuanto a vajilla, electrodomésticos...No es un apartamento de playa para el q busque eso. Estã en el centro del Puerto de Santa Maria. Esperamos poder repetir

Séjour merveilleux à El Puerto de Santa Maria
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine avec nos enfants dans l'appartement de Justo situé dans une rue calme de la jolie petite ville de El Puerto ! L'appartement est très bien équipé et la terrasse est très agréable. Un marché quotidien à quelques pas de l'appartement propose les produits frais de la région, dont des poissons et des oranges extraordinaires. El Puerto de Santa Maria est à 20 mn de Cadix en bateau et est un bon point de départ pour visiter la région dont le magnifique parc de la Doñana et les grandes plages qui conduisent à Tarifa. Merci à Justo pour son accueil et toutes les attentions qu'il nous a porté durant notre séjour !

Excelente apartamento con preciosa terraza.
El apartamento es excepcional, amplio, luminoso, cómodo y decorado con detalle. Bien equipado con todo lo necesario. La ubicación perfecta para moverse por la ciudad. Hôte très accueillant dans un appartement rénové très bien situé au coeur de la ville. Nous étions 4 adultes et avons passés 10 jours géniaux. La terrasse est évidemment un atout indéniable de la propriété (tout comme la place de parking). La literie est confortable (en tout cas le grand lit double dans lequel j'ai dormi). La cuisine toute équipée nous a permis de faire tout ce que l'on désirait. Et Justo, toujours à l'écoute et toujours présent pour nous dépanner était un vrai trésor, nous sommes arrivés très tard et il nous a tout de même accueilli avec le sourire. Nous planifions déjà de revenir l'année prochaine.

Nice apartment with amazing rooftop
We stayed 1 week at this apartment and had a great time. The apartment itself is in a typical Spanish residential house with a nice courtyard. What we really liked in this apartment is the fact that it's not just a holiday apartment that gets rented out to tourists all year long, but that part of the year someone is actually living there, which results in nice furniture, very good kitchen equipment and overall high standard equipment in the apartment. The best part about the apartment is the sunny rooftop. It features a big dining table, 2 comfy lounge chairs, a shower and a couch. We had all our breakfasts/dinners there and loved it. Internet at the apartment is rather good. My husband had to work from there for a couple of days and had no issues connecting. What what also so practical was the parking spot in the garage, as there's only very limited available street parking in El Puerto de Santa Maria. Lastly, we really liked that El Puerto de Santa Maria is not a very touristy town, which allowed us to fully dive into the Spanish culture (going to the daily morning market, eating in small tapas restaurants, where we were the only tourists etc). The hosts were very nice and communicative and even offered us small welcome gifts. Thanks for letting us stay at your apartment. We'd love to come back in the future.
