"We had a late flight and did not get to apartment until just before 10pm but were met by Elena and her husband who gave the keys and explained how all of the appliance worked. They also replied promptly to any questions we had and also came round quickly with a new kettle when that broke. The apartment looked like it had been refitted recently and was clean and comfortable. For us as a couple it was just the right size. The swimming in the complex was nice but not heated."

"We had a wonderful stay. The owners are so lovely and considerate, providing transport to and from the airport, and giving us a welcome food package on our arrival. The house is comfortable, spacious and fully equipped. The pool was quiet and clean. It’s a short walk down steps to the many restaurants, shops and bars and an easy walk from there to a children’s play centre, crazy golf, sea front shops and eateries, the beach club and Puerto Rico’s beach. Taxis are quite cheap and buses are nearby...

"The house is quirky but lovely and the hot tub an added bonus. The views to the mountains across the valley are stunning. It was a 15 minute walk into Teror which is a very nice mountain town. Manuel was a fantastic host who met up to guide us to the house (essential!), was available to answer any questions by WhatsApp and went above and beyond to locate and book a reservation in a bar in Las Palmas so we could watch the World Cup football on the way from the airport!"

"We stayed in apartment for 7 days. Everything was spot on, all needed facilities, cery spacious and clean. Strongly recommend that apartment Msny thsnks to the flat owners for making our holidays a great experience."

"Exactly as described, good quality furnishings and nice outside patio area. TV broken on arrival which was replaced next day ( excellent communication from agent and owner). Pool very cold…Plenty of sun beds around pool area. Overall would recommend as a place to stay."

"Minerva is a helpful and attentive host, the house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's right between the main GC-2 road and the sea, but set back from the road and you can't hear the traffic over the sound of waves crashing on the rocks. The location shown by the Homeaway web site is misleading - the house is to the west of Banaderos and it's a 15 minute walk to get into the village where there are a couple of restaurants. There's a well stocked supermarket close by, which is open...

"Can only say great things! Everything met and exceeded expectations. I usually only go places once but for this rental I might have to make an exception. Clean, well supplied kitchen, and great furniture (especially on the upstairs pool area). Was pleasantly surprised but the extra kitchen space upstairs. Rent this place"

"I never gained access to this property and belt have been the victim of a SCAM. I am still waiting for a refund . The owner hung up the phone on me TWICE. I was left alone in the middle of nowhere and had to sped €100 on taxis and find a hotel at 5x the price. I’m still waiting for an apology from Expedia"
