"Our stay was great. The hotel is right on the lake with a great view. The food was awesome. Staff was very polite and willing to help with anything. The bar has a vast number of cocktails for all tastes and enjoyable music. The rooms are great they each have a hot tub and sauna. We did not use the kayak, jet ski, horseback riding or boat rides but can say they were available for guests"

"Let me start by saying that the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately this hotel itself is really not worth it's price. The rooms are so so so badly sound-proofed (I could see the outside of my room from the door frame), I could hear any little noise next door and the balcony is not fully separated from the other ones.... There is no free water in the room and you cannot drink the tap water. They charge you for literally everything. A room service is 10,000COP which is non-sense...
