Great Place for a 1st timer
My mom and i came here for a weekend trip to hike the mountain. The location was great, only about a 20 minute drive. The house itself was beautiful. Very clean and well kept. The sheets and towels smelled super fresh. After a day of hiking, it was great to go back to the house, watch a movie, and relax. The AC was great too. I was a little scared it would be uncomfortably hot because i lke sleeping in freezing temperatures but the house was well insulated and cool. Overall, we had a great trip and the house was perfect!

Very clean house
I came to visit my child who was stationed at Fort Bliss. The house was about a 3 minutes drive to the base and about 12 to the airport. The house had what appeared to be new appliances and fixtures throughout. It was relatively hot out and the central air worked well. The central ac unit appeared to be newer too. Linens were fluffy and well kept. Neighborhood was quite. This was my second time visiting and this is where I will be staying in the future. Thank you.

Overall the property was very clean and had everything needed for a convenient stay. The kitchen was well-stocked and I appreciated the iron/ironing board. The house rules were very reasonable and there were extra towels and blankets readily available. My only critique is that, for such a small space, 7 plug-ins and scented sprays are a lot. I experienced some bad asthma due to the overpowering scents and would have appreciated less smells - I had to go see a doctor for some breathing treatments. It wasn't even necessary - the place was very clean! If you have sensitive allergies or are asthmatic I would say to be cautious and look elsewhere. Owner - again, I don't think you need all of the extra scents for your property :) otherwise, thank you for a good experience. I visit El Paso a lot for work and would stay again if the scent situation were to change.

The check in process was fine and the house was fine aside from being fairly small and not having a garbage disposal or a fan in the only bathroom. A storm blew through overnight during our stay and knocked down the stands for the lights in the back yard breaking the chairs. We ended up being charged an extra $50 for the chairs despite it having nothing to do with us. Also if it does happen to rain while you're sleeping there it will echo through all the vents so bring some ear plugs. Overall it's not that bad for the price but you get what you pay for.

The home is decorated so lovely. Nice neighborhood and easy access to Ft Bliss and other activities. The kitchen layout makes it fun to cook. Living room so comfy to watch movies and relax. Wifi is strong ... made the few days of remote work easy. Do not hesitate to book this place for your El Paseo vacation. The Host is amazing!

Home base for touring National Parks
My wife and 17 year son and I used El Paso to visit some of the nearby National Parks. Our rental was perfect for the 3 of us. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, laundry (had to go outside into a room off the back of the garage, but not a big deal at all), WIFI, lots of streaming options for movie watching, off street parking, quite neighborhood, and location close to highway to be able to get anywhere in the city (or beyond) quickly. Stephanie is very quick to reply to any questions or needs you may have. Highly recommend!

The property was in a great location very quiet neighborhood. Close to the base and a variety of stores and restaurants . Loved it I would love to rent from Mrs Garcia again in the future.
