The Gathering Modern Spanish 3100sqft + Pergola, BBQ, Griddle, Seating + Gym

Come enjoy our well-appointed home while we're not around! A Huge Living Room with a PS5 + 2 Controllers, an island style large kitchen, a nook and a formal dining!
Every room includes an office space, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, and TVs. Relax in the game room with a racing simulator or work using the dual monitor setup with sit/stand desk, the generous living room and kitchen, and the impressive pergola with open and closed BBQ options, a griddle, dining area (Seating for 12) , and a TV-equipped living room with seating for 12. On one side, find a beach volleyball setup (With Beach SAND!) and kids' toys; on the other, a grassy area with a kids' pool a net for soccer and T-Ball.
We also have a cooled garage with an extensive free weight setup!
