Being right next to Dennys the traffic flow was alot. Couldnt sleep. The walls are thin so i could hear every car that passed by. My heater was also so loud.

On check-in the bed was covered with long black hair. The hotel conditions were terrible. The bathroom toilet leaked at the base flooding the floor. Reported to the desk clerk and she stated that they knew there were problems with the caulking at the base of the toilets. The ventilation fan was dirty which caused the fan to be unbalanced and make clanking noises. The TV appeared to be damaged because there were black lines up and down the screen on the outer edges. The breakfast served in the morning was scarce and poorly prepared. This was my first and last stay at a La Quinta hotel.

Came Into Town for a quick visit. Just needed some rest from a long day La Quinta on Lomaland was just the Perfect Spot to Rest. Everything was handled correctly & my room as peaceful. The Staff was quick to respond & ready to attend

Went at 8:05 am to eat breakfast, the waffle batter was empty, asked front desk if they were going to put more since breakfast finish at 9am. Manager assistance says guy will get some more to fill up, Guy comes back with one small cup of mix waffle batter, and says he only brought that one bec. then he have to make the whole pancake batter to fill it up, mind you it’s 8:10am-8:20 am by now, and more people arrived to get their breakfast. Elderly lady asked assistant manager if they where going to get more, ass.manager says no, elderly lady ask why not, it’s still early and she paid to be able to have breakfast that they should of made enough for all their guest. Ass.m. says it’s not my fault people are getting 3-5 waffles ( mind you those where bigger families staying there) elderly lady says it’s not my fault you had larger families staying here, I paid and I get no breakfast? ( EVERYTHING was gone, scramble eggs, sausage /bacon) including no milk for coffee or cereal, no bread either, as well as the waffle, and it’s still way bef. 9am. Elderly lady tells asst. man. that it is their responsibility to track the food make sure that it’s refilled bef it ends, just like in the other Quinta INN, instead of not doing anything and giving attitude because you ask if them they where to bring more. Since I too was only able to get only ONE waffle only for the 2 of us. I asked if I could speak to her manager, she tells me, his coming in a few, never shows up. Have more but don’t fit.

Please do not book here unless you really have too. This place is a mess!! It was our only option because on budget and super cheap hotel that has breakfast. First off the property is a mess, sketchy, sheets were not clean, and no breakfast. Usually La Quintas are my go too but not this location. We arrived and front desk was just in a rush to check us in - $50 deposit cash or card. The pool looked very dirty and discolored. We walked into our room and there was a musty smell totally outdated and the sheets were dirty. The morning came and we went to check out breakfast and there was nothing but coffee, muffins and toast/butter. The cream was empty asked for more and didn’t have any only sugar. No hot breakfast, waffle machine was out of order, and no juice. Very bad experience. Will not book again.
