Inside, you'll discover a charming 1-bedroom apartment equipped with its very own cozy kitchen, dining table, bathroom, living room, and laundry. You will also have access to popular streaming services like Netflix.
The space
The guesthouse offers a fully independent entrance, complete with a cozy living room, a television, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom featuring a comfortable queen-sized mattress and ample closet space, as well as a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

Nestled within a charming and tranquil neighborhood, the kitchen comes equipped with essential appliances such as a microwave, toaster, electric range, cookware, utensils, plates, sink, Keurig coffee maker, cups, and wine glasses.

Both the bathroom and bedroom provide all the necessary linens and towels for your convenience. Additionally, you'll find an iron and ironing board at your disposal. Air mattress available for the 3rd confirmed guest or playpen for a baby upon request.
Guest access
Private entrance on the back of the house with free street parking. Keyless entry system so you can come and go as you please. You will have to climb about 3 steps to get in the apartment, please be careful and watch your steps.

You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

House Rules:
1. NO visitors are allowed, specially during quiet hours (10pm-7am). ONLY the people in the reservation is allowed to spend the night.
2. Absolutely NO parties or events of any kind. This is not the place to bring the family together nor the meeting point.
3. NO smoking inside the apartment ($300 fine). I will charge you. You can smoke outside.
4. Do not litter/leave cigarettes on the ground. $100 fine if we need to clean up. I will charge you.
5. NO Pets. $100 fine if you bring a pet that is not a service animal and was not previously disclosed. ESA are not service animals.
6. If you check in early or check out late WITHOUT prior approval, there will be a $75 fee. I will charge you. I am flexible, just ask and wait for my response.
